About the owner: We live in the cold northeast in CT and cannot wait until we retire in 10 yrs to our Heritage Bay home. We have decorated it like it is our home and hope you enjoy it as much we plan to. We would love to find a multi month renter that comes back every year.

We looked for 3 yrs for the right community and Heritage Bay offers the best of everything. People are friendly, the golf and tennis are great and you are close to shopping, beach and great dining. Another very important reason was that renters are treated like owners at Heritage Bay.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Renter Friendly, near I75, shopping, Old Naples, and the beach. Great golf course! Tiki bar is great for after golf socializing. Walking and biking trails with beautiful views of the lakes and preserves. Our unit is close to the front gate, club house, pro shop and tennis courts. Community pool is right next door. This unit is brand new and who doesn't love that new home smell and perfect look and feel!
