New to the market: Our first tenant (please see review) was mid-Jan until mid-Feb and our second tenants have extended their stay - mid-Feb until mid-April.
Come stay in our hip downtown loft with new furnishings throughout property. The open and airy layout is filled with Boulder sunshine.
The bedroom has a high end Design Within Reach queen bed, flatscreen tv and beautiful and functional California closets. The bathroom features granite finishes and the ultimate shower experience (room for two and 6 shower heads) as well as plenty of under sink storage space.
Calphalon Contemporary pans will make cooking local produce from the Boulder Farmers market a joy. The kitchen is stocked with gadgets and utensils to make you feel at home. Serve your meal to your friends and family at an 6-8 person dining table. Or grab a coffee or glass of wine on the balcony with mountain and downtown views.
If you need to do some work, there is a desk for your laptop and of course we have WiFi. When you tire of the great outdoors and downtown living, kick back on the American Leather queen sleeper sofa with chaise and watch something on the 2nd flatscreen (47').
The secure building entrance is on 20th Street and there is a dedicated parking spot along with 2 hour open parking on both Pearl and 20th. Have a lot of luggage or don't do stairs? There is an elevator for your convenience.
The loft is designed to be very contemporary - light and bright yet very comfortable and functional. We strive to think of all your needs and live 5 minutes away to help you with anything else (while giving you the privacy of your own place). Walk out your door to fabulous restaurants, cafes and shops and return home to your quiet sanctuary (it's a 7 unit building).

We just spent six weeks in this very beautiful loft condo in the heart of Boulder, and can't say enough good things about the place itself, and the helpful owner. We have rented apartments literally all over the world through VRBO, and this is possibly the only one where the quality was actually higher than the descriptions and photos implied. A few examples: First of all, the location is ideal--just a few blocks from Pearl Street mall, and even closer to excellent restaurants and espresso bars (don't miss Boxcar for coffee and Cured for sandwiches and cheeses, Locale for pizza). You can walk everywhere and leave the car parked in the private space. The loft is on the 20th street side of the building, and it was remarkably quiet day and night, even when a bus went by. Inside, the furnishings are top quality--the pots and pans are all brand-new Calphalon, meaning you can easily cook a fine dinner on the gas stove with ingredients from the enormous Whole Foods just up the street, or the Wednesday and Saturday farmer's market a short walk away. The stall shower has multiple shower heads and it's like standing under a waterfall--another nice treat. The small desk is perfect for doing real work on your laptop or even desktop (I brought my own iMac from home), and the wifi is super speedy. Best of all, though is the owner, Laura, who always went the extra mile to provide anything we needed. In sum, this spotless, light-filled loft exceeded our expectations, and is the perfect base for exploring Boulder and the surrounding area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed in a variety of rental accommodation on our frequent business visits to Boulder and this apartment is one of the best we have found. It is bright, airy and beautifully appointed. In walking distance from the downtown mall, it is in a perfect location with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything in the apartment is new and tasteful and no effort was spared by the friendly and thoughtful owner in making sure we had everything we needed. About the owner: My husband, two kids and I have lived in Boulder since 2007 and we love it! Having hailed from Michigan and Pakistan and then living in many places including Paris, London, Washington, Abu Dhabi and Princeton - we hope to stay put in this beautiful, healthful, friendly place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to walk on Pearl Street to restaurants, cafes and shops or hop on our bikes to the creek path. The loft itself is great for entertaining with its open space and hip, groovy feel. It's only rarely available for us to use now but we jump at the chance for a date night away from the kiddos or a girls night in.
