Enjoy our new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the best location in East Vail. Fully renovated and newly furnished and outfitted, we've equipped our non-smoking condo with everything you'd want to be comfortable and welcomed.
Our top-floor, end-unit is open and roomy, with high ceilings and tons of windows for lots of light and views of the famed East Vail Chutes. Located in Pitkin Creek, we have the shortest ride to and from Vail Village on the free East Vail shuttle just steps away and running every 15 minutes. You won't need a car once you arrive since the East Vail market and liquor store are part of the complex.
Kick back and relax after a day on the slopes on the leather sectional (with queen sleeper) in front of the fireplace while watching the new 47' wifi HDTV with cable TV, a blueray/dvd or streaming Netflix. Plug in your iPod/mp3 to the Yamaha stereo with Polk Audio speakers. Or, head to the hot tub to ease your muscles after a day of hitting the Back Bowls.
The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, recessed cabinet lighting and opens to the bar seating for easy conversation. You'll be equipped with all the cooking utensils needed, along with a coffee maker, toaster and crock-pot for easy meals. Or, grill up some steaks on the gas BBQ grill on the porch.
The master bedroom features natural Colorado Aspen log furniture, a queen bed and a comfortable down comforter with flannel duvet. The attached Master Bathroom has a custom-tiled rain shower, granite counters and basin sink.
The 2nd bedroom features Colorado Aspen furniture, a queen bed with down comforter and dimming reading lights.
The 3rd bedroom can sleep a whole family, with a large log bunkbed with a queen and double bed, plus a twin trundle. All with down comforters.
We can provide a crib and high-chair upon request. Sorry, HOA rules means no four-legged friends.

Very spacious as soon as you walk in the door. Feels like a home away from home which allowed us to relax and enjoy our weekend. It was very well stocked with all of the essentials, we had everything we could have ever possibly needed. It was easy to find and was easy access to the buses and I-70 to go into Vail and Vail west. Our favorite part was the view from the living room and dining room, its absolutely gorgeous and worth it all! Would defintely stay again and recommend anyone going to Vail to stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is really beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped - all the pots, pans etc.. you would need to whip up an awesome meal after skiing. There are loads of windows so it is bright and sunny. Views face the mountains so it is quiet. The beds are really comfortable too. The bus is so convenient. It is free and comes often. A quick shot over to the village to catch the gondola up. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is an excellent place to stay. First, the owner has an excellent rental package explaining the unit, directions, parking, transportation, restaurants etc. His lease and website for this unit is incredibly easy to navigate and he is extremely efficient in communicating with you. The condo was very clean, well equipped, spacious for sleeping 9 people, easy to find, very close to the bus route. The condo is in good condition and the beds and couch were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this bright and cheery condo for one or two families.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We're east coast transplants who met in Vail and share a love of the outdoors and Colorado. We love the back bowls on sunny powder days, and the trees of Blue Sky Basin, followed by apres ski at Vendetta's or Los Amigos.
Why the Owner Chose Pitkin Creek:
It's been our dream to own a place in Vail and when we saw this condo we knew in 15 minutes it's the one we wanted. Fully renovated, full of light and with the great views of an end-unit it feels like a private home. Located next to the market and liquor store, and steps to the bus mean we don't have to drive anywhere once we arrive.
