This lovely 1st floor condo unit is beautifully furnished and decorated with new furniture just purchased; it’s bright with spacious high vaulted ceilings. It has 2 bedrooms plus a den. The den can also be used as a bedroom with a pull out queen sofa bed or an extra TV room. Two large bathrooms, the kitchen has granite countertops and the washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen. The condo is equipped with beach towels, chairs and cooler for your beach trips just 5 minutes away. Parking is outside the condo door convenient under our covered carport.

Sterling Oaks is a 24 hour manned gated community our condo is walking distance to Junior Olympic size pool, with Jacuzzi, shower rooms and sauna.
