Hello! and welcome to our beautifully appointed property. This home is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, home with lots of elbow room to enjoy this home in 'The Villages'. A golf cart is also included (if desired) not only to golf, but to use anywhere within The Villages community. It is so much fun to ride around in the golf cart and enjoy our beautiful weather and so many activities. Grocery stores such as Win Dixie and Publix as well as Target, Kohl's, Sam's Club, Staples, Belk's and Bealls Department stores and many boutiques are all nearby. Restaurants abound as well as banks, beauty salons, churches, exercise and medical facilities.
This home is approximately 1300 sq. ft with laundry facilities, a screened lanai, and a covered car port with large, enclosed, lockable storage area. The living room has a comfortable couch,2 chairs and a large screen TV and wine cabinet for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, small appliances, dishwasher, cookware, dishware, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. A breakfast dining area and a separate dining room are adjacent to the kitchen.
The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and includes a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen size 'Murphy' bed and dresser. The Murphy bed can be closed up when not in use and the room can be used as a comfortable and quiet reading or office area. Both bedrooms have large closets. All bedroom linens and bathroom towels are provided.

My stay at this home was excellent. The owners were very nice and helpful in showing me around.The description of the home was accurate.Being a golfer,it was nice to be just a few minutes away from 3 executive courses.There were 2 swimming pools nearby,and Spanish Springs was just down the street.The home was roomy and comfortable with a very nice lanai.To top it off, the full use of the golf cart was icing on the cake.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
