Our cozy townhome has two master bedrooms upstairs each with their own bath, king beds and mountain views. The main floor features vaulted ceilings, open family room plan, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area, well-supplied kitchen, half bath, vestibule, and laundry. Enjoy the view from the deck while cooking on the gas grill! The garden level features a third bedroom with queen bed and full bath, a second family room, TV, mini kitchen, and a queen sofa sleeper. Internet and cable provided.
We have the perfect location! Take the hiking trail and you are only 5 minutes away from all that the town of Edwards has to offer... restaurants, shopping, movies, and the bus to Avon, or Vail. You will have free guest privileges at the community Homestead Fitness Club / Gym with indoor pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights and fitness classes located right behind the townhome!
For winter sports, skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing, we are located just a 5 minute drive from Arrowhead, 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and about 15 minutes from Vail. In the summer, walk to the Edwards farmer's market, golf, hike, bike and enjoy the beautiful flowers and mountain air! The Riverwalk trail is open for walking along the Eagle river all year round!
The Eagle/Vail airport is only 30 minutes away. Or fly into Denver, and take the Colorado Mountain Express directly to Edwards! In addition, Grand Junction is only 2 hours to the West!
We have furnished our townhome to provide comfort and convenience while enjoying all that the beautiful Rocky Mountains have to offer. We hope to hear from you soon!

Edwards offers some exceptional accommodations at a reasonable price. This place was exactly that - well maintained, comfortable beds, relaxed living spaces and everything in the kitchen we needed. The Homestead pool/tennis/workout facility was an added perk. It was all great, and Toni was easy to work with. Enjoyed eating in Edwards at Dish and eTown. Thanks again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We spent almost a week in Edwards and this townhouse was perfect for our group of six adults. The location was chosen becuase we visited Aspen, Vail, Beavercreek and Steamboat Springs ski resorts. The townhouse is much bigger and nicer than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen was perfect as we cooked all our meals: clean and very well-stocked. Good size seating area too as we were all able to enjoy a meal at the table. The living room had enough couches and chairs for our whole group to relax around the TV apres ski! The bedrooms upstairs were great sizes and the basement "apartment" was amazing too as if offered another TV area, large bedroom and kitchen. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in Colorado again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Very enjoyable stay in an extremely comfortable condo. Plenty of outside parking, close to restaurants and skiing. Two master suites providing plenty of comfort for couples. Additional bedroom on lower level. While close to many amenities, this condo is in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for a week of skiing at the end of January and had a marvelous time! The condo was perfect for two couples. We each had our own large bedroom and bath and loved waking up with the view of the mountains and the snow falling outside our bedroom windows! We love to cook and the condo was outfitted with everything we needed to prepare great meals. They even had a complete selection of spices supplied! We didn't even use the third bedroom and bath on the lower level but would love to come back in the summer with our children to enjoy the mountains in the summer. The location was beautiful and convenient. We skied at Beaver Creek and Vail and this condo was close to both. The town of Edwards was so much fun! We loved shopping in the Riverwalk area and the E Town sports bar was great for drinks and catching the games we wanted to watch. The condo owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. We will definitely come back, hopefully in the summer, and hope to stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
