Perfect Beach House

This house is all we hoped for and more. The beach is just a hop, step, and a jump away -- easy to come back when we forgot something or had to go to the bathroom. We loved this beach during the week on the off season. We literally had the beach to ourselves -- even marked off a section to play football on without bothering anyone else. The house is comfortable and larger than it appears from than the pictures. We really appreciated the large table that had eight chairs in the dining area. We could have brought two more chairs to the table from the breakfast area and still not been too crowded. (One of my pet peeves is a house that sleeps many people, but has no place for a larger group to eat). The living room is a comfortable gathering area with plenty of room for everyone to sit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our group. The basics -- coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender are all there. And there were plenty of dishes so we did not have to run the dishwasher after every meal. We no longer have young children, but remembering back to some very unsafe houses, I really appreciated the porch with the spindles that were close together and the gate at the top of the stairs. The house was very child friendly and even had a high chair and a pack and play, If you want a non-commercial beach, this is the place to be. But at the same time, when we needed some medicine from the pharmacy, the CVS drugstore was close by . Thanks for sharing your house. We can't wait to return!

Our second trip to Topsail Island and our second stay at this beach home. The home has received updates that haven't yet been reflected in the photos.... we love the home and the area and we highly recommend staying here if visiting Topsail. The owner is highly attentive, easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The property is clean and well cared for and so close to the beach. Beautiful views. Thank you Benny.

Benny, Again, I want to thank you for the use of your WONDERFUL beach house last weekend. As I stated before, we three girls had the most enjoyable time EVER!!!! This house fit the needs of our large family very well as we welcomed our Marine son home from Afghanistan. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, the kitchen has whatever you need to cook with, and there is seating for a total of 12 people. Best of all, the house is just across the street from the beach with great views from the house. Though the weather was very cold for this time of year our kids still walked in the surf ... they just wore their coats! They also flew kites (great idea, by the way) and found lots of shells and smooth rocks. The affordable price for this house made it possible for out family to have a roomy, comfortable homecoming for our son. By the way, tons of people have signed the guest book there with many wonderful comments about their stay. Benny, thanks so much for the use of your house and for the great communication, too!

Wow, wow, and 'amazing!' The house, the ocean views, the warm breeze, the peace and quiet.... totally worth the drive from Western Maryland! We had never been to Topsail Island prior to this visit, but are already planning a return trip. This beach home has everything you could ask for, think of, or imagine. My family loved the outdoor shower and we used it nightly. Ocean views from three of the four bedrooms and the sound of the ocean from every room in the house! So very relaxing! Our five children range in age from twenty years old to five years old and each one was comfortable and had a great time. If you like to fish, the home is almost dead center of two very nice piers. Thank you Benny! We hope to return next summer, but next time, for two weeks (one just isn't enough). I didn't think about work at all.... well, maybe just once, but only for a minute. Hi Benny, I just wanted to thank you for the use of the house - it was perfect for us! The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside furniture ideal for enjoying the great weather we had. The location was perfect for us too - close enough to get to the mainland for visiting relatives in the evening but far enough from the center of the action to have the peaceful beach experience that keeps drawing us to Topsail. Thanks again for everything! We'll be back!

Benny, Thank you so much for sharing your beach house with us this past week. We had a wonderful time. Your pictures do not do the house justice. The home is very spacious and is in such nice condition. The front porch is huge and super to gather on in the early morning or evening--so relaxing! Nice touch having a locked gate on the porch. Great place for our 18 mos old granddaughter to run and play on safely. Also, the pack n play and high chair were great! Two less things to pack for us! The beds were also comfy and everything so clean and homey! The beach access is so much closer than it looks in the picture--very easy to run back and forth to the house. We had a great time and plan to see you next year! We've already recommended it to our friends! Harry and Diane

Stayed here for two days and just loved it. I couldn't believe how large it was. There was plenty of room for everyone. I was very pleased with how clean and organized everything was too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. Your house is beautiful and very comfortable. In years past, we had been staying at a friend's bed and breakfast in Carolina Beach. However, after vacationing in North Topsail Beach and staying at your lovely house, we plan to return to North Topsail Beach as often as possible. This is such a great place to take a vacation. N Topsail Beach is the least commercial of the three towns on Topsail Island. The beach is clean and rarely crowded, and just about 30 yards from the house; there's just one house between you and the ocean. This house has a large deck with a nice view, and plenty of furniture for the whole crew to lounge on. The inside is spotless, roomy, has a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for meals. I shared this house with family members during my sister's beach wedding. It's a very relaxing, laid back place to be. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, which I think is a plus ... but plenty of those options just a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay, for the second year in a row. The place is beautiful, the ocean is just a few steps away. There is a quiet little road for the kids to ride their bikes. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation house. This is the first time we had rented a house for vacation use so we were a little skeptical. Everything worked out fine. The beach is very quiet. Very nice area. The house is clean and well kept. It was almost like being at home. Thanks Benny for sharing your house with us. It will be something our kids remember for the rest of their lives.
