Was just what we wanted. Very clean, steps from pool and beach, own parking spot, quiet complex and more. We could not have been happier and highly recommend this rental. Looking forward to our next trip!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This place fit the bill for our stay in Florida. It had everything we needed and then some. The place was neat and clean and looked just as it does in the pictures. We were not disappointed. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Additional information about rental rates
If you are a last minute traveler and our condo is available, we require the entire amount to be paid in advance of your arrival. We offer concierge services such as grocery shopping in advance of your arrival or providing housekeeping for your stay. Please call Rebecca at 954-444-4999 with any questions.
Half month's rent plus $150 security deposit to secure your rental is due with signing contract. If you cancel within 60 days of rental, all monies returned. If you cancel less than 60 days away, you are refunded everything except your security deposit. Full rental must be paid in advance of your arrival.

Included in the rental amount. There is a one time fee of $50 per rental for background check.

About: My wife, Debbie, and I always wanted a winter getaway in Vero Beach, Florida. We live in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and wanted a tropical second home. We just purchased this property in June 2012 and we have put our heart and soul into making it a special place. This is not just another rental to us. We hope to live here full-time someday.
Why Moorings:
We have been coming to Vero for almost 14 years. Our sister and brother-in-law first purchased a beach house here in 1999, and we have enjoyed visiting them and the area since then. This beach town is essential Florida - soft white sandy beaches and laid-back coastal living. Our condo is close to a private beach - only a 3 minute walk, and close to downtown Vero Beach shops and restaurants - 5 minutes by car.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We loved this property from the beginning because of the high ceilings in the living room and master bedroom. They make this property feel much bigger. We also really liked that there are multiple balconies off the living room and both bedrooms. The landscaping and pool in this community are beautiful and add to the ambience of this tropical paradise. Travel and Leisure magazine just ranked Vero Beach as one of Florida's top beach towns.
