Oceanfront with dramatic panoramic, Caribbean views, this three bedroom, two bath villa has space to be together and space to be apart.
The Breakers is located in Judith's Fancy a gated community on the north shore in St. Croix. From the cantilevered pool deck you have far reaching views of the Caribbean Sea. The trade winds blow in off the sea providing a natural cooling effect, you can taste the salt spray as you wet your lips letting the tropical sun warm your body and your soul. "The Breakers" is nestled next to the sea with direct access to a semi-private white sand beach.
An enclosed outdoor courtyard and very private pool add to your feeling of "being away from it all." The great room and open kitchen area look to the sea and east to Buck Island. A lovely private patio off the kitchen offers a welcoming shady resting place to enjoy the peace and solitude of this vacation villa.

The extra large master bedroom and bath is open to the pool deck and includes a Jacuzzi tub and double shower. Two other bedrooms have their own entry from the outdoor walkway and are connected by a shared bath. The Third Bedroom can also serve as a second Master Suite with King Size Bed and private entrance. Waterfront and private is just what you want for your dream vacation to the Caribbean.

Weddings: Breakers Villa is the perfect venue for a small intimate wedding. Your wedding is sure to be an event you and your guests will never forget. This unique beachfront luxury villa provides an extraordinarily beautiful setting for your most meaningful ceremony. Have your wedding on the lovely grounds of the villa and then stay in this luxury vacation home for your Honeymoon. When you book a week long stay we do not charge for use of the grounds however, wedding guests are limited to the 8 guests staying in the vacation home. For additional guests the fee is just $50.00 per person with a maximum of 30 guests. Additional fee for water tanker delivery to fill the cistern.

Breakers Villa is a 3 bedroom house...our rates are based on the total number of bedrooms required during the stay (we only rent to one party at a time this is not a shared house rate). We only close off the bedrooms that are not used... the rest of the home is available for use. This rate structure allows us to offer a lower rate to couples and smaller size families that are not using all the bedrooms and sofa beds in the villa.

Why the Owner Chose Christiansted
We had just sold a condo in Kona, Hawaii and found that we actually preferred the Caribbean to Hawaii. I started searching the internet for a villa in the Caribbean. I can honestly say that we purchased Breakers Villa by viewing the photos on the internet. The photos were so breathtaking and our agent was so incredibly helpful that we purchased it sight unseen. It was not until six months later that we took our first trip to St. Croix to see what we had purchased. My fondest memory is making a call to our friends back home describing the layout of the villa and telling them that it was even better than we ever imagined it could be. Our friends could hear the sounds of the waves in the background and said jokingly...Hey can you turndown the sounds of those waves as we are having a hard time hearing you with all that ocean noise.

Owner's Map of Christiansted
After spending 25 years in high tech procurement as a start-up company expert and entrepreneur I left that part of my life behind to become the Vacation Lady. In the early 1980’s I was having to make frequent trips to the Far East and experienced High tea at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It was during this trip that the inspiration and entrepreneurial vision came to open Tea Salons in the US. In 1988, I founded a new specialty retail tea business. Created the concept, interior design elements and business plan model from a one-store operation to over 16 US franchised operations and two International locations in less than four years which placed us number 35 of the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in Silicon Valley in 1995. After 10 years in the tea business and spending stints in high tech start-ups I was ready for a new challenge. Since my husband and I enjoyed traveling and dabbling in real estate and nearing retirement age it seemed like the perfect fit. In 1996 we founded Vacation Holdings, purchased our first vacation home and set off to build a luxury vacation rental business using our properties as vacation rentals. It was such a natural progression as I could use my skills in purchasing, interior design and use the same disciplines required in franchising such as scheduling, creating instruction manuals for guests and tracking linen, towels and kitchen inventory. Basically, I was back in the Franchise business only this time we were creating turnkey vacation rentals instead of retail store fronts. My lessons learned from the service industry are applied every day in customer service and satisfaction. We are now up to 9 properties in various areas of the US and Virgin Island and I can say that this is the best time of my life as there is nothing more satisfying than helping to make a Dream Vacation come true.
