Our Paki Maui condo is located in beautiful West Maui along the Ka'anapali coast above Lahaina. From our ocean front complex you will have incredible views of the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i and the breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets will be a lasting memory.
The tropical grounds of Paki Maui include a tranquil koi fishpond and waterfall, mango and banana trees, grassy lawns that overlook the beach and ocean - just perfect for sunbathing. A set of stairs lead you to protected waters - ideal for snorkeling. During your snorkeling experience, you may see the magnificent Giant Sea Turtles, many tropical fish and colorful coral. There is a gated heated pool and Jacuzzi area surrounded by lounge chairs, beautiful Hawaiian flowers and plants. You may choose to barbeque your meals on the two gas BBQ grills in the recently renovated pool/cabana area and enjoy your meal at one of the picnic tables or else on your private lanai.
We consider our beautifully remodeled condo, Paki Maui #113, as our second home, and yours: you won't be disappointed as you'll enjoy the modern amenities, from the granite kitchen countertops and the new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new bathroom and tile floors throughout. Our goal is to provide a great value for families - affordable yet upscale and comfortable at the same time.
We have just recently replaced everything in the condo - all the furnishings are new, all linens and towels, all new kitchen cutlery, dishes, small appliances, and glasses. We now offer complimentary WIFI just for our unit, NetFlix and unlimited calling to the USA and Canada on our 2 phones. Brand New LED flat screen TV's, a blu-ray player and a IHome Docking Station to play all your favorite music. A 40inch Samsung in the living room and a 32inch JVC in the bedroom as well as beach chairs, boogie board, tons of kids beach toys and portable cooler! Traveling with an infant? No worries we have a pack n play available upon request!
When staying at our condo you will always have a good supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer soap, hand soap, dish soap, basic condiments, and salt & pepper. We provide the basics for you!!!
You won't be disappointed with your stay at our condo - we have equipped it with everything we could possibly think off to make everyone's stay as comfortable and convenient as can be!!

The location of the condo is absolutely perfect. Love the fact that I could just walk to the grocery store, coffee shop (bad ass coffee, their mocha granita is a must) and other shops to browse. The lanai is stunning with the tropical vegetation. The condo had everything one would need to prepare meals in. Including condiments!! I slept on the pull out couch, super comfortable and the sheets and pillows were amazing :) spent most of my time on the lounge beds on the grass in front of the ocean. Saw many sea turtles, so cool! Had the best time, would definitely come back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

2nd time back and had a fabulous time! Thanks for making your condo a great home away from home! It was very comfortable and the kids loved it! Great for small children (they loved the koi pond). We loved the fish market across the street, so much easier eating in with young kids and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking! Best location on the island! Napili bay and Kapalua bay were fantastic beaches, also loved the beach walks one right from the condo! Thanks for recommending dukes, great restaurant! We also really like sansei :) The pool was a great cool off before or after dinner and such beautiful sunsets. So much to do in maui - snorkelling, surfing, biking, hiking, beaches! We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here in February. The condo had just been redone. It was immaculate, very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, including condiments in the frig which was nice. The complex was quiet. Easy parking near unit. Nice lawn in front to sit out and watch whales and sunset. The beach in front is narrow, but it is not far to several good beaches. There is a store and market a short walk away, and a great Japaneese take-out restaurant across the street. Very good location on the island.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Lisa, Thank you for renting your condo. The location was perfect. Right by Kanapali beach, close to Lahaina and Napoili. Your condo was well kept up and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning in the court yard. Listening to the doves and watching the Koi. Spring break is a good time in Maui. Awesome location.Condo as shown in pics-very comfy bed and sofa. All kitchen amenities and more just like being at home away from home, clean and well maintained. Check in super easy - great job Lisa on all your instructions. My husband saw 12 different species of birds in the lanai area and the lanai was great for morning coffee, drinks , dinner Grassy area out front awesome for hanging out ,watching spectacular sunsets and listening to the waves. When the tide is out, easy access for swimming -nice to get that end of the day swim in and then have a hot shower. Frequented the fish market directly across the street often and fish super fresh, easy walk to shops groceries and boardwalk. Definitely worth driving approx 10 mins west to Napilla and Kapalua Bay for swims and another quieter coastal walk. Love Maui-so many things to do and see-snorkelling,swimming, stand up paddle . boarding,kayaking,hiking and biking. Totally want to come back!! If you're thinking about going, stop thinking about it and go and have a wonderful time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful Paki Maui condo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for our little family. Our toddler especially loved the beach out front!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This condo offered everything you would need for the perfect vacation. Took 2 children and there was plenty for them too. Nice and quiet as well. Highly recommend this condo for family or couples.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The condo was super cute -the photos represent the condo. It had all the ammenities needed for a relaxing stay on Maui. The condo is in a great location and near resorts, shopping and restaurants. The beach is nice with grassy area and lots of lounge chairs. The lanai in the garden area was great for morning coffee & breakfast as well as dinner and cocktails. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a week. We enjoyed our stay...Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We are Ron and Lisa Sedlic of Vancouver BC Canada and we really love the island of Maui and spending quality time there with our children! We have just recently purchased our home away from home and are brand new to vrbo in the last year. As both of us are professionals we understand the importance of running a well operating vacation rental with seamless systems in place to ensure a smooth happy experience for everyone:)

Aside from the beauty of the property and beach it's walking distance to everything you need from the Farmers market with local produce, fresh local fish market, Times Grocery store, Bad Ass Coffee shop, Snorkel and Surf shop, Subway, the best deli and Taco place on the west side of the island and various other restaurants and shops! Short distance to our favourite beaches Naplili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Location truly can't be beat!
