  I just wanted to drop you a little e-mail and say thank you so much for the many summers that we have stayed at your Unit# 67 in Southbay Condominiums. We have had nothing but great experiences over the years. The unit is always very clean when we arrive and oftentimes we are able to check in early which makes it very nice and convenient, especially after traveling 6 hours to get there. You do a wonderful job in keeping it updated as we regularly notice changes and additions to the interior, as well as a fully stocked kitchen which comes in very handy for a group from South Louisiana who loves to do a lot of cooking and eating over the course of a week, haha. The unit is also very spacious and accommodates several families at once. We absolutely love the location as it is conveniently located in an area within a couple minutes drive from numerous stores, restaurants, etc. Unit# 67 is also right on the edge of the main pool which makes it very nice in the evenings after a long day at the beach. The new beach service that was started a couple years back with complimentary chairs has also been a great addition and one which we utilize daily. All this being said, I can’t think of another place I would rather spend my summer vacation. Destin has become a second home for many of us Cajuns who have come here for the last 25 years and is one of the most beautiful places on the Gulf Coast, and your condos are some of the most reasonably priced and accommodating as any place I have stayed. These are just a few of the many reasons we have continued to come back and plan to come back for many years. Thanks again for sharing your home away from home with us!!

  We enjoyed our family time at your condo #67. We took our family including our married son, his wife and new grand daughter! We chose this unit because it was so close to the pool and easy access to the beach. With a new baby it made it so convenient to run back to our condo when needed. We ate in most nights and your kitchen had plenty of storage and items needed for making meals. The open family room/dining area was a great space for all 7 of us to hang out and play games! I also loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. This was our first time to Destin and we enjoyed the beautiful beach, mini golfing, go-carts and shopping at the outlet mall! It was a great week just being together as a family!

  We have stayed in the Parson's condos for 3 years now and they are great! They are always easy to deal with and very professional. We have never had any problems only a great experience! We continue to rent these condos every year! A very satisfied customer

  We had a wonderful time in Destin and staying at Southbay by the Gulf, #67. Although, not directly on the beach, it was truly just a short walk away and having the pool right off of our patio was great. Our oldest granddaughter told me that we should make #67 our place for Destin vacations. I think that this was because it had a more homelike atmosphere as opposed to the larger condos in the area. Location was also a great plus with water park, grocery stores, restaurants and the all favorite Donut Hole all within very short driving distance (2-3 blocks). If we didn’t live so far from Destin, we would be renting at Southbay by the Gulf all the time. Loved it all.

• Great place for families!!

  When my family arrived at this condo, we were blown away! Everything was clean and newly decorated. The kitchen was recently updated, and we loved the new cabinets that were spacious enough for all of our food and snacks. The best part is you park just a few feet away from your front door. If you have kids, I am sure you understand why it is so convenient to be able to walk right in to your condo with all of your paraphenallia instead of getting on an elevator and toting everything with you. The bedrooms were spacious and we slept wonderfully on the new mattresses. And the kicker??! We walked out our back sliding door 30 feet from the pool! And when the kids grew tired of swimming, they could ride their bikes in the complex without me worrying about danger. The beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back next year!!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  My family and I stayed for a week at this townhouse. It was awesome!! (and that is an understatement) Having the pool at the back door was great! Our kids could swim and we could be in the kitchen of house and hear them and see them. And just because the pool was close it wasn't noisy or loud when others were there. The short walk to the beach was great! No busy streets to cross or a drive to make, just out the back door, past the pool and thru the parking lot. We went to the beach and the pool every day! Going in March was probably cooler than in the summer but the heated pool was nice and warm and everyone loved it. The house was very clean and nice. We would defintely stay here again! The area is great, the food was great, (I ate so much seafood I think I started to grow gills) shopping was great, everything was GREAT! The only bad thing was having to leave. Loved this trip!!!
