This fabulous vacation property is located in an end unit on the fourth floor of the only building directly facing the ocean in the Flamingos Beach and Golf complex. It has amazing full ocean views from the master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. It is absolutely a NON-SMOKING unit and is perfect for a maximum of 4 people.
The Condominium is new, beautifully and comfortably decorator furnished and immaculately maintained. Each room faces the ocean and you can listen to the waves breaking from the master suite and the main living areas. The large tile balcony is furnished with a teak dining table and chairs and lounge chairs which allow you to dine outdoors and relax while viewing the ocean and the mountains. There are separate air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living room which are remote controlled, as well as,ceiling fans in all rooms to allow each person to be perfectly comfortable. The marble bathrooms provide comfort, beauty and privacy; with an over sized custom glass doored shower in the guest room and a shower/soaking tub in the master. The granite slab kitchen is fully-equipped for your use and includes all utensils, dishes, and glassware, an oven and cook top. The unit has free internet access,Satelite TV,DVD,CD, games and a selection of paper back books for your use. A stackable washer and dryer are available for your use to wash personal items. The management can arrange for linen and large beach towel laundry service upon your request and additional payment.
The two pools are very large, extremely well maintained, and designed for children in shallow areas, and adults to splash about or swim laps. Two eight-person hot tubs are located in the beautifully landscaped pool deck. Rest rooms, a palapa serving food and beverages during the High Season (Christmas and Spring Break/Easter) and an abundance of lounge chairs and tables await you both in the sun and shade. Enjoy the sunset every night!
The beach is the best in the Puerto Vallarta area, wide, clean, and a gentle slope into the water. There are outdoor showers and palapas and lounge chairs near the water. Approximately 1/4 mile up the beach, there are rentals available including all of the sports equipment you could possibly use to include: jet-skis, sail boats, windsurfers, boogie boards, kayaks, and horses. The complex has a mini golf course, soccer field and full health club for your enjoyment. Several award winning and professionally designed golf courses in Mexico are located in Puerto Vallarta and are available for reservations. The Flamingos Golf course offers discounted rates for guests at the complex upon request of the management.
The complex enjoys 24 hour per day security and the security personnel are ready and willing to help you with packages, directions and taxis. The Paradise Village complex is near by and offers retail shopping, wine stores, ice cream, restaurants and entertainment. Bucerias is just north of the Flamingos complex, within walking distance for many and has many excellent places to dine for both the family and a romantic dinner for two. Live music is available nightly and beach front dining is abundant. The owner has provided multiple menus and directions to restaurants in near by locations to include Bucerias, Paradise Village and Puerto Vallarta. In addition, suggestions for side trips, guided tours and expeditions such as whale watching, surfing in San Francisco, guided tours of Historic San Sabastian in the mountains and rain forest trips are provided.
