Built in 2004, this home is both pleasantly and tastefully decorated. Upgrades and additions to the aesthetic beauty of the home have been recently made. This second-floor end unit home with private entrance features a 180 degree lake view from the L-shaped Lanai and has an attached, two-car garage.
Upon entering the formal foyer, raised ceilings and archways welcome you. The master bedroom suite features a California king-size bed, mirrored dresser, 2 large walk-in closet, built in stereo control and Lanai access. The spacious master bath has separate oversized walk-in shower and tub units with 'his and her' sinks.
The media room is furnished w/an attractive entertainment center complete with 60 inch HD cable TV, DVD/VCR/Bluray, built in stereo system and working telephone for local calls and lets not forget high-speed internet. If you need to get some work while you are here the room also has a full-size desk and working fax machine.
The roomy kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and conveniences, including coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, ample dishes and glassware. Entry to the Lanai is made through stylish French Doors. The separate laundry/wash room is located through the kitchen area, closed off by a sliding door.
The middle-sized bedroom is beautifully furnished with queen-size bed, dresser and large closest. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, dresser. A full-size bath is shared between both bedrooms. The central hall Powder Room features a pedestal sink.
Grand tile floors adorn the kitchen and bathrooms, with wood flooring throughout the rest of the home.
The social hub of the community is the 6,000 square foot clubhouse and lifestyle center, which features a media lounge with big screen TV and regulation billiards table. The recently upgraded exercise center is adequately equipped with health and fitness equipment.
Outside the clubhouse and within walking distance of the home, you will find a 55-foot-long, resort-style swimming pool, in-ground spa, poolside tiki bar and gas grills. These amenities are connected by an expansive sun deck. Tennis enthusiasts will enjoy the Har-Tru tennis courts, while others may choose to get their exercise shooting hoops on the adjacent basketball court.

My stay at this property was excellent. The home was clean well stocked and very comfortable. The Amenities were great very close to shopping restaurants convenient to the Airport and most important to us convenient to Jet Blue Park. Mike could not be more helpful or accomodating. I would rent this property again as well as recomment it to friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The rental was described accurately and looks even better than the listed photos. Found the rental to be clean, well maintained, and full of amenities. The owner was incredibly helpful and very nice. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives and would love to return some day. This rental is in the middle of all Fort Myers' activities and too many good restaurants to mention here. The lanai was a wonderful addition to an already perfect property and was facing beautiful trees, water, and fountain (the fountains provided music and peace). Wonderful place.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed the week of 12/29 - 1/5 and had a fantastic stay! The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The Lanai with the small lake and fountains was our favorite place to hang out in the morning and evening. Very resort like feel with the Clubhouse, work out facility as well as the pool area. It was great to be so close to everything, shopping, great restaurants and not far from the beach. Mike was great to work with! We will definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We originally purchased this condo to beat the cold winters of Maine and just fell in love with all of its splender. From the access to the beaches to the ability to watch a Red Sox or Twins game just minutes away. Please don't let me forget the endless amount of golf courses around the corner. This property is truly in the heart of Fort Myers and makes access to any interest very accessible, but you will just have to come see it for yourself!!
