This is the perfect spot for a winter retreat or any time you want to enjoy the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. Comfortable and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need. Just bring your toothbrush and golf clubs.
This Green Valley Resort Home is situated around a common patio area that is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a cocktail or a glass of wine. It is only steps away from the pool, spa and tennis courts. And also within walking distance of the Continental Shopping Plaza.
Green Valley has eight golf courses and twelve recreation centers (all with pools) that provide a wide variety of opportunities for fitness, fun, cultural and social activities.
Our smoke-free casita is located off I19 at exit 63 next to the Continental Shopping Plaza. Green Valley is 30 minutes south of downtown Tucson, 25 minutes from the Tucson International Airport and 40 minutes north of Nogales, Mexico.
We have another casita across the street. This could be a particularly convenient situation for friends or family traveling together.

Jerry & Suzanne are the two greatest landlords one could hope to have, Their Casita, at 172 Calle Del Ano in Green Vallay, AZ was beautifully renovated and decora with a shared patio.. Ideal place for two. Bring your toothbrush, cloths and hair dryer as everything else is provided. Renters are eligable for membership in the Green Valley Recreation that has 12 different centers with pools and the very besst exercise equipment. There are workshops for your use *woodworking, pottery, scalpture, photography with trips to secnic places, computer, jewlry making, etc. for a small annual fee). Is there anything to do in the southern desert? How about the Desert museum, U of A Museum on native Americans, Pime Air Museum, Tital III Museum just three miles away, San Xavier del Bac Mission in the desert, Tumacacori Mission a National Park sit, to name just a few. There are so many places to visit in the area.. We visited in March and April and had beautiful weather eveery day. But in April the desert greened up and the Catci bloomed. SO many different colors that they took your breath away. If interested, go there and you will not be disappointed . Paul & Betty H.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Jan-Mar .. $1600/mo. April-May. $1400/mo. Jun-Sep .. $ 800/mo. Oct-Dec .. $1300/mo. $500 Non-Refundable Deposit Upon Signing Rental Contract. Applied to first months rent. A one time cleaning fee of $50 is due with the signed lease agreement. For leases of less than one month a daily rate of $50.00 per day will apply plus the onetime cleaning fee of $50.00.

About the owner: We are Jerry & Suzanne, both licensed real estate agents in the state of Arizona. We have owned rental property in Green Valley since 1992. The Green Valley Resort Homes complex is well maintained and shows pride of ownership. The units are located around a common patio area where folks gather to visit and have cocktails in the evening.
Why the Owner Chose Green Valley Resort Homes:
This unit is located in Green Valley close to the Continental Mall. We chose to purchase property in this complex, Green Valley Resort Homes, because of its central loction and convience to shopping and close to the Green Valley Recreation West Center and membership office. This unit is located very close to the Resort Homes private pool and spa for the enjoyment of tenants and owners only.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are located just 20-25 minutes from the Tucson International Airport, with easy access to the interstate. There are eight golf courses in Green Valley, two private and six public courses. The Green Valley Recreation provides tennis courts and activities of all kinds as well as an abundance of classes on all kind of topics. This property is a member of GVR and tenant cards are available for a small fee.
