Our beautiful, three bedroom, three bath villa with pool and spa was built in 2001 and features 2500 square feet. The lanai is tiled and screened with electric and solar heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees and other tropical plants. Both pool and spa have underwater lights for a romantic effect in the evenings. Watch the sunsets over the 180'canal.
The villa home is situated directly on a 180' wide canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Fisherman are able to fish directly off the dock and there is a 14,000# boat lift! The kitchen is fully-equipped to make cooking quick and easy and the villa has both a living room and family room. Both rooms lead to the pool. Each of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom allowing for much privacy.
