Welcome to our home in Whistler, we call it MoonPeak and our motto is 'Stay Relaxed'. We invite you to stay and enjoy a great ski hiking/biking vacation or simply relax and enjoy all that beautiful Whistler has to offer. We believe you should be able to have a place that is family oriented but still luxurious. Our family home features a king size master bed in main loft, bunk-bed in second loft, fold out double couch in main area. The open concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, 2 new HDTVs ,Blu-ray and sound system, 2 full bathrooms, in-suite washer and dryer, heated slate floors in kitchen and both bathrooms,Gas fire place. The deck overlooks the pool, hot tub and sauna area where you and your family can relax after your day in the mountains. Free underground parking for easy indoor unpacking.
Lake Placid Lodge is a situated at the base of the Creekside ski gondola. Walk out the front door, cross the street, up a few stairs and you are at the lift! Whistler Guest Services are right at the lift to purchase your ski passes. A walking zone takes you to a great grocery store, liquor store, and ski shop and ski tune up service.
Creekside is the first ski access area as you drive to the Whistler mountain and is a wonderful place to bring your family to enjoy the mountain (Ski school is right at the base of Creekside).

Great location just across the street from kids ski school, gondola, and market. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped--everything you could need in the kitchen, games, movies. Ideal for families.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. Well stocked and cared for. We enjoyed the very short walk to lifts, the hot-tub & pool. It was great to then kick back to play a box game or enjoy 1 of the many available blueray movies on the superb TV & sound system. We all slept great and heard no outside noise at all.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

AWESOME! Everything that we could have needed was there and in great condition. Very cozy and warm. We were a family of 4 and had lots of space and were very comfortable. We will be back for sure. Excellent location - literally right across the street from the Creekside lifts.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

The location of this condo is great - just across the street from the Whistler Kids Ski School and Starbucks and a 3 minute walk to the Creekside Gondola. The owners have thought of everything for a comfortable vacation - everything you need to enjoy wine, coffee and skiing! About the owner: Welcome to our home in Whistler, we call it “MoonPeak”. We are brand new owners of Lake Placid Unit #330 – just purchasing it December 2012. We live in Delta, BC about 2 hours south of Whistler with our son and daughter. It is an absolute dream for us to have a vacation getaway in Whistler. We have stayed in many vacation rentals around the world and would like to make sure ours is well equipped, comfortable and contributes to a wonderful getaway for our guests. Our motto when we come to Whistler is “Stay Relaxed” and we hope you have a wonderful stay here in Lake Placid Lodge.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Placid Lodge:
We had vacationed in Lake Placid Lodge 3 time prior to purchasing our own unit. We love the ability to wake up, get ready, grab our skis from the lockup right at the front door of the lodge, then simply walk across the street to the lift at Creekside. At the end of the day, ski down, lock your skis back up, grab a beverage and head to the hot tub to relax.
We love to cook and enjoy the open kitchen area, which allows us to entertain in style or simply relax and read a book, listen to music on the new stereo or watch a movie on the new HDTV.
We are a family of 4 and our children love swimming in the pool and then lounging in the condo playing games, connecting with friends via wifi, or watching a great movie.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love that we are on the third floor and that the unit is at the end of the hall facing the pool area. This keeps the unit quiet with very little hall traffic. a stairwell is right out side your door that takes you to the pool area directly or you can take the elevator just down the hall.
