Year Purchased: 2002
About the owner: We have lived on the East and West coasts and in Dallas. We came to Florida to turnaround a business and found ourselves here three years after selling the business. Though we could live anyplace, we have chosen to permanently stay in Delray Beach and recently renovated a second larger condo unit in the same 30 unit complex. Hence we are renting our first unit.
Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach:
Location - close proximity to restaurants, shopping, medical, church and I95. And for pilots, the Boca Raton Airport BCT is 6 miles away. Add in Oceanfront and a small friendly condo complex and it is a winner!
