Come experience the peace and beauty of this enchanting oceanfront gem. Our cozy dream house sits right across from a stunning, secluded sandy beach, with breathtaking views of grassy sand dunes, surf and spectacular sunsets. This dramatic waterfront setting is complemented by a charming home of character, quality and taste.
With a unique set up of two bedrooms with loft on the upper level, and a studio unit with a full size bed, a kitchen and laundry room downstairs, this lovely, non-smoking home is perfect for couples or families. The furniture is a beautiful mix of antiques and fine new furniture with luxury amenities throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the ocean as well, making cooking a sublime pleasure.
The main floor has a queen-size bed in each of the two bedrooms, and one queen mattress in the loft. The loft is most suited for teenagers or brave young adults, as the ladder is upright and quite steep. Please be careful when climbing up or down.
If you can tear yourself away from the beach, there is world-class hiking, crabbing, clamming, fishing charters and boat rentals within minutes of the house. But we strongly recommend that you get back in time to settle in on the deck by the outdoor fireplace for the magical sunsets!

If you are looking for a beach front rental home, this is it! The house has a good view of the ocean, it's only a short walk through the grass to get to the beach, and it's at the end of the neighborhood so it's very quiet! This is our new favorite spot; the beach is unlike anything I've ever seen before and there's nobody there!! We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house turned out to be nicer than expected and with three bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms there was plenty of space. There is a door that closes off the stairs, ideal for toddlers!! There was also a baby gate and a couple of sand toys (buckets/shovels). Everything you would need on a daily basis was available as well. But most importantly, our dog was able to enjoy our family vacation (for a very affordable fee) as well! If you feel like getting out of the house; for the kids or just to take a nice drive, Tillamook/Tillamook Cheese Factory is only 15 minutes away. On the way, in Garibaldi, there is a great train yard. They give rides in the summer, unfortunately we were early...but the kids still loved them! The staff was easy to work with. They even let us know about an early check-in, which we are very partial to! We will definitely be returning to the Seascape Beach House in Rockaway!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
