The house is very nice and quite spacious. The large ceilings make it feel very open. There was plenty of space and the place is kept in good shape and is very clean. The neighborhood was decent. Mostly older folks (no loud noise). The pool is so close which is probably the best part of the place. Overall, I'd recommend this place.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We had a great time, the condo is the perfect location and has everything you need. We stayed here for 2nd weekend of Coachella and had no problems with the condo at all, it was as advertised or better. There are 2 pools close by (one was closed because of Coachella for some reason which was annoying - but not in the control of the condo owner). We have a great stay, Greg was very helpful whenever we had questions. We would stay here again without hesitation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our recent stay in the Nicco Suites was great. Very clean, close to all amenities, affordable. Greg was very helpful, and everyone in Indian Palms is very friendly. I would definately choose Nicco Suites again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family stayed here for almost two weeks. It was a great place for small children to stay. The neighborhood was quiet, pool was close and the house had plenty of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, front and back patio made it so much better then a hotel room. For sure will book again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great stay. Was there with family for a Lacrosse tournament at the Polo grounds. Very happy with accommodation. Newly remodeled, nicely decorated and convenient. Very safe. Greg thanks for everything and you will be first choice when we return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed for two weeks and found the property to be well maintained, clean and pleasantly decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful. The owner was helpful and seemed interested in assuring that I was satisfied with the rental unit. I would definitely rent this property again!Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: Our family has owned this condo since it was built. We are the original owners and absolutely love Indian Palms Country Club and the wonderful people that live and vacation here. You will experience that yourself once you travel the grounds and see all the smiling faces waving hello. We cannot use the condo as much as we would like so we are making it available to a few select folks who we know will enjoy it as much as we do.
