This two bedroom house has an amazing kitchen ready to prepare a fantastic meal, a bed to lay your head and an amazing view you are sure to get lost in. Located on the Central Coast, it acts as a get-away to anyone needing a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Along with loads of the amenities and all the comforts of home, if not more. This home has been newly remodeled and completely upgraded.

I stayed here with my husband for three nights and everything was exactly what we hoped it would be. Number one on our list was that it was close to the beach, we walked down to the water in less than five minutes. The beach was nice and quiet (of course it being March may have something to do with that) and easily accessible through a park that overlooks the ocean. The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and has everything you could possible need (especially lots of beach and bath towels, and spa robes!). Also, it is very conveniently located near Santa Barbara, about a 10-15 minute drive depending on where you're going. I would recommend the mission, the botanic gardens, the courthouse and of course, state street. Within Summerland itself we most enjoyed the Summerland beach cafe. The only small drawback to this house is it is near the freeway and is a bit noisy when you are outside on the deck or patio. However, this did not detract from our stay whatsoever, if we were outside we wanted to be right on the beach! Also, the manager was very up front about it when I asked her prior to our stay and in general was very accommodating and helpful. An excellent vacation house, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay and I would love to come back in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful place to stay! We visited with family, saw some beautiful sites, walked on the beach (right across the street). I felt like this was my home away from home. It was very clean, had everything we could possibly need. We had a bottle of wine and beautiful flowers awaiting our arrival. What a pleasure our stay was. I would recommend this beach cottage to any family that wants a very comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I've had the pleasure of staying in this lovely cottage on a couple of occasions. This is the ultimate in comfortable luxury. It has all the amenities you want in your own home. The view out the picture windows is out of this world. At the end of my stay, I always ask nicely..."do I have to leave?" I can't wait to return to my beautiful beach retreat!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a beautiful cottage with plenty of room. Very comfortable beds with wonderful bedding. The ocean view is great and is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We've stayed here twice and plan to visit again this year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house has everything I like, sits on a hill with a ocean view, walking distance to a nice beach and restaurants. The house is very clean, looks like it's been fully remodeled with quality workmanship, all the fixtures, furniture and appliances are high dollar as well. I plan on coming back next year ( with my clubs this time )Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
