This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom premium unit on the 2nd floor of the Sonoran sun resort. The Sonoran sun is situated in the heart of rocky point on sandy beach. Sandy beach is one of the most popular places in rocky point. The resort has awesome amenities like a state of the art fitness center, swimming pools, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, swim-up bar, and a convenience store. You cannot go wrong with a reservation at the Sonoran sun. This particular unit has a massive living room furnished with two matching leather sofas, black recliners chairs and a matching suite of old world Mexican wood furniture. There is a TV, DVD player and a stereo on the entertainment stand. You should also know that you will have free wireless internet and cable. There are two sliding glass doors that lead out to the terrace where you will have a view of the entire property and the sea of Cortez. A formal seating area is between the kitchen furnished with two plush brown leather chairs with metal grommet trim. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with many decorative pieces above on the shelf. The counter tops and back splash are a neutral colored granite. The appliances are white on white and feature a built in microwave, oven , stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are also many small counter top appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, blender and spice rack. Everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal or host a party has been provided within the cabinets, drawers and pantry. The master bedroom has a four poster king size canopy bed. There are white silk scarves intertwined around the posts and above the bed. The bedding is a silver sheen with a floral print. The room has a matching suite of furniture including bed side tables, dresser, and coffee table. There is also a silver colored couch near the sliding glass arcadia doors that open to the terrace. You will also enjoy the TV and DVD player opposite the bed inside the armoire. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with lots of storage and lighting. The tub and shower are separate and there are plenty of clean towels nearby. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have king size beds with matching furniture suites. Both rooms have a view of the ocean and plenty of room to move about. The 2nd bathroom is in the other guest bedroom and has a double sink vanity, garden tub and a walk in shower. The 3rd bathroom is located in the hall with a single sink vanity and a walk in shower. The patio has been furnished for you to enjoy many sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The chairs are made of light brown wicker with softy floral patterned cushions. There are also lounge chairs to catch a little sun without having to leave the unit.
