Lots of room in this unique Florida home. Charming brick home with a totally private courtyard-pool area. The living room has a brick wall with a fireplace in its center. There are four bedrooms, though one is currently furnished as a den - complete with a 58" TV. The kitchen was totally remodeled in 2003.
Location is superb!
You'll feel as if you are in the country as you walk through the neighborhood full of banyans and canopy oak trees. You may choose to walk one short block to the bay for a sunset or you may prefer to drive the short distance to Longboat or Siesta Key beaches to view this spectacular daily occurrence!
The home is surrounded by rural beauty - you can walk to the bay and head out in a Kayak,(rentals, tours avilable) walk around the corner to explore Sarasota Jungle Gardens or walk to the world-renowned Ringling Museum and Ca'd Zan.
A short (five minute) drive will have you in the heart of downtown Sarasota rich in theatre, cuisine, art, parks, marinas and intriguing shops. You might venture another few miles to shop or dine in St. Armands' Circle.
Not far away (apx. 40 miles) is Tamps with more fine theatre, the Lowry Park Zoo, the enchantment and intrigue of YBor City and much, much more.
Our home has a newly remodeled kitchen, large size master bedroom, 56 inch television in the den, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace. Lots of room and private spaces for all to enjoy.
