Welcome to the best “little” big unit at the beach. This condo is packed full of great options, but in a 1BR package and price! With 4 separate bed options, there is no reason for anyone to be sharing a bed even in a 1 BR unit. How often have you wished you had an extra bed, but didn’t want to pay extra just to get it? Well here is the unit for you. Four separate beds in a 1 BR unit are perfect for a golf foursome or a family with up to three children.
Just because it is a 1BR unit doesn’t mean it is lacking options or luxury. The bedroom has two double beds for added comfort and includes a 20 inch LCD TV with a built in DVD player. In the living room we have a queen size sleeper sofa good for 2 children or a comfortable option for one adult. A double chair offers a single sleeper option for even more bedding flexibility. Additionally, the living room offers a 37 inch high definition TV with basic cable and HD network stations. A Blu-Ray player with streaming options is also available. Netflix and other services can be used with your own account.
The kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for a meal in or breakfast to get the day started. An electric griddle allows you to keep dishes to a minimum on your vacation. The blender and other small appliances come in handy for whatever you have planned. The dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer are a must use to save time so you can take advantage of all Myrtle has to offer. With the beach just 1.5 miles away along with a nice pool just behind the unit, the extra time will be easy to fill.
Free Wi-Fi sets us apart from many other Myrtlewood units and allows for the kids to keep up with Facebook or Twitter. The adults can also stay “connected” with their normal daily readings or upload your family vacation pictures as you go. Of course just using it for fun is also a great option.
The upscale furnishings and golf décor makes you feel like you have truly gotten away from it all. I hope that you get the chance to experience my unit and have the chance to take advantage of all the great offerings in the Myrtle Beach area. Everything that has been done to the unit is with the renter in mind. I aimed to overcome all of the frustrations I have experienced over the years with rentals and I hope that you find my unit to be one of the best you have ever stayed in, as I truly feel it is.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: I am from Keyser, WV and work in Student Affairs at a local college. I am an avid golfer who loves the Myrtle area for all of the great golf and activities it provides. For 8 years I coached College golf and had a nationally recognized program where we were ranked in the top 15 in the nation for several straight seasons. I used to travel with my team and got frustrated with all of the units that offered 4-5 bedrooms, and claimed to sleep 16+ people but only had 7 total beds. I don’t know about you, but when I travel I would rather not have to share a bed with a fellow golfer or just pay more to get what I was looking for. I still currently work for a college and love to use the unit to get away. It was originally purchased and set up to be used by me and not to be rented, so I have all the amenities of home and then I added many things that I think renters will enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Myrtlewood, Magnolia Place:
I purchased this unit in Myrtlewood due to the location and community. The unit was an end unit on the first floor which really gave it a nice feeling of not having neighbors. The location is great as you are no more than 5 miles from anything that Myrtle has to offer. There are plenty of activities, golf, night life, all at your backdoor. The Grand Strand has tons of options, and Myrtlewood couldn’t be more centrally located to take advantage of all of them.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The best thing about this unit, outside of its location, is all it offers in a small package. Most people would need to rent at least 2 bedroom unit to get the flexibility that this unit offers. Outside of this, it is in a great building and the complex is wonderful. Quiet, secure, and the end unit offers little to no noise from neighbors.
