Come and stay at Eagle's Nest at the summit of Eagle's Swoop. Eagle’s Swoop is one of Wintergreen’s main blue ski slopes and is one of the first and last slopes to open and close during ski season. It is also one of the lit slopes that allows for night skiing. Our home is within walking distance to the Mountain Inn to dine out and the Out of Bounds Discovery area for kids activities.
We recently completed an extensive deck on three sides of our home for easy ski access to the slopes. We have eliminated the steps that are difficult to manage with any ski equipment. We have views on both sides of our home - mountains on one side and skiers on the other. The sunsets are to die for!!
Our home has a wood-burning fireplace with lots of firewood which is perfect to warm your toes during those cold mountain nights. We have just added 2 full sized soft leather sofas and a large entertainment center with a 35" TV in our living room!! Our home has three TV's, three VCR's, two DVD's, a Playstation Two, and desk top computer with DSL internet access and stereo system to enjoy in our home. We also stock our home with movies, games and toys for all to enjoy. We have a beautifully remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Our kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need including most condiments. We just installed new carpet downstairs with extra thick padding. We have high vaulted ceilings throughout our home that open out to our expansive decks.
Eagle’s Nest has two large bedrooms downstairs, with king beds in each, and a third bedroom with twin beds in the loft. The loft is perfect for kids with its own TV/VCR, Playstation Two, toys, games and videos. There are two full baths on the main level which have been remodeled with marble tile and new fixtures. Our wrap around deck has a stainless steel Jenaire gas grill, and new thirty-nine jet hot tub for your enjoyment.
