This exclusive executive custom mountain lodge offers 4 private bedrooms and a large den, 4 1/2 baths with top of the line furnishings throughout. Each bedroom is appointed with brand new memory foam mattresses for a peaceful and restful sleep and flat screen LED/LCD HD TVs. Radiant floors throughout for heat and keep those toes warm.
It is a very private custom home, only 2 minutes to Boulder & Stagecoach ski lodges and Tahoe Rim Trail, Casinos, beaches and golf.
FIRST FLOOR (quietly located above the garage):
Master Suite:
Memory foam king size bed with 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, balcony with views of the valley, flat screen LED/LCD HD TV, in-suite bathroom with walking closet.
Bedroom:
Memory foam queen size bed with 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets with picture window of valley views and a flat screen LED/LCD HD TV.
Bathroom/mud room:
Washer/Dryer, extra mud wash basin, shower.
SECOND FLOOR:
The great room:
The great room has a 10-foot high definition HD TV screen/theater style. Massive picture windows bringing the outdoors in. Huge granite fireplace, vaulted ceilings that offer you the mountain haven you've been dreaming about.
The Foyer:
Large custom bench to store your gears, closet, 1/2 bath with bidet, closet, walk-in panty.
The Chef Kitchen:
Large chef kitchen for everyone to pitch in at dinner time! Appointed with Subzero fridges and Wolf appliances, hand-hammered copper sinks with powerful garbage disposals and a low decibel dishwasher. Sit at the counter or on the cozy breakfast nook table, sip a drink and enjoy the breathtaking views of the valleys and incredible sunsets.
The Dining Room:
A couple steps down from the kitchen is the large dining room, sitting for 12 comfortably, and more at the bar. Large sunny windows surround the place and 2 picture patio doors take you to either the custom built in stainless steel 48' Bull gas BBQ or a patio where you can kick back and enjoy the snow cap peaks of the Sierra Nevada. A sofa-bed is also there with a flat screen LCD/LED HD TV.
THIRD FLOOR:
The third floor is divided in 3 different spaces:
The Junior Suite:
This suite has vaulted ceilings, a memory foam king size bed with 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, an in-suite bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub and a walk-in closet. This room also has a flat screen LED/LCD HD TV.
The Den:
The den offers extra space for relaxing, reading and sleeping. There are two high end sofa sleepers for your convenience.
The Master Suite:
Heaven, this bedroom is like being in heaven! The incredible views make you feel peaceful and in awe of Tahoe's incredible nature. Enjoy this master suite with vaulted ceilings, memory foam king size bed with 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, large in suite spa-like bathroom with a steam shower, a jetted tub and a bidet-style toilet, walking closet and washer/dryer. We stayed at this beautiful home with two families. The home was perfect! The views are amazing, home had plenty of room, great location, close to ski lifts, restaurants, shopping and the lake. The owners were extremely accommodating and have put a lot of attention to detail and are extremely helpful during the entire stay. This home had everything we were looking for and more and we will definitely stay at this amazing home again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our group was incredibly pleased with our stay. The house is spectacular - it's very spacious (lots of bedding and extra futons), tons of updated amenities (e.g. a great chef's kitchen) and a few turns away from the StageCoach lift (one of my favorite runs and a lot less crowded than the California side). Also, the owners could not have been more gracious hosts. They checked in on us and were incredibly helpful with making sure that we had a pleasant stay. They were in the area, so they came over to de-ice the driveway for us prior to our late-evening arrival (talk about service!). You can tell that they have put a lot of love and care into the house. It's a beautiful home. I plan group trips to Tahoe, Utah and Vail each season and this house ranks as one of my favorite stays. We would highly recommend staying here, if you're looking for houses in the Heavenly area. Our group is definitely planning to come back again next season!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We love our home and you will notice the attention to details throughout this beautiful secluded lodge. We did a massive renovation between 2009 and 2011 and added ample space for everyone to enjoy a perfect relaxing stay. We keep improving the lodge to make sure every stay is better than the last. *MOST RECENT UPDATE: We recently installed an 8-person top of the line LED lighted hot tub for your enjoyment.
Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley:
There was so much potential in the little 2500 sq foot chalet we purchased to build up and around because of the Sierra Nevada, the pristine lake and all the outdoor activities. We love golfing and skiing and traveling. Our executive home is fun to share with others because it creates magical memories. Everyone enjoys the space designed for r&r and entertaining. You'll feel like at home, it is our goal! It is a very private home but also only minutes away from what the Tahoe Basin and the great outdoors offers. Yours to enjoy!
