This is a newly overhauled Condo. The new owners have put in over $40K into kitchen cabinets, stainless steal appliances, granite counters, new 55' tv in the living room with Blu Ray player. Also will have flat screens in the bedrooms. New full size front load washer and dryers, all new living room furniture, painting the entire condo, will have a door on the bunk room. The new look will bring this condo into a class of its own. We will be developing the WOW factor for you and your guests. This Unit is one of the best locations in the building. Pier Park, a short drive away, offers great shopping, dining and an exciting night life!

This condo was everything I wanted and more!! everything was above and beyond our expectations!!! Every room and bathroom had very decor, the kitchen resign was also a great touch and the living room views of the ocean and pool was nothing short of breath taking. we had the pleasure of meeting the owners and there were a lot of help and the nicest people you could ever want to meet. when we go back this is the condo we will stay in...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

The living room balcony windows provides a direct feel of being in an endless pool. The condo sits on the corner, which provides a incredible view of the ocean and the pool. Given this is a real direct ocean front condo, you won't be disappointed as you may with other condos on this property that declare "ocean front", but are set further back behind the pool. The condo itself it beautiful and the kitchen is not only upscale, but is completely stocked. The pool area is by far one of the nicest pools you will find in PC.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

THis condo is beautiful.Everything is new.The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook.Awesome washer and dryer.Very Clean. Breathtaking views from both sets of patio doors. Large patio/deck area. Owners very nice and helpful.Includes parking spot on same floor as condo, which is great....short easy walk to room from parking space.Pool area very nice...Security/staff within Shores of Panama always around and very helpful.We ate at Salty Sue's...excellent food! Definately would go back, maybe not spring break week, it was a little chilly and lots of college/highschool kids.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The condo was recently remodeled, exactly as described, and in excellent condition. The layout was perfect for our group, and while I normally don't cook on vacation, the new kitchen appliances and sparkling clean counters encouraged me to make several meals there. There were a few issues with the Shores of Panama- including one lady who was a bit rude at check-in and slow elevators- but really you just have to know what you are getting into if you go anywhere in Panama City during theonth of March. You will see drunken teenagers and it will be crowded, and it isn't the place to take young children during that time of year. But with that being said, this particular condo gave my husband and I a very comfortable and luxurious place to stay while chaperoning our teenagers and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Kudos to the owners on their remodeling efforts- they definitely have made this one of the nicest places to stay in the area. And speaking of the area, the location could not before convenient. We barely moved our car the whole week!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

I sit on site as a real estate sales person and I have been in a lot of the condos in Shores of Panama. This is by far the best condominium in the building. The owners have not spared any expense on their finishes, the kitchen is completely remodeled with new granite, new counters and new stainless steel appliances. It is as good as it gets in Shores of Panama. You will keep coming back to this one year after year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are Dave & Marge Lewis from Big Rapids Michigan. We love this complex so much we decided to buy a 2nd unit to share with our friends and guest. We love being right on the beach with the view of the blue waters and white sand from our condo. The condo was not decorated for renting, it was done the same way we have done our home in Michigan. You will not find another condo at Shores of Panama any nicer than ours. So if you are looking for a great place to stay and a place you will hate to leave, then our condo is for you. We hope you enjoy your stay and please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
Why the Owner Chose Shores of Panama:
We chose this location as a great location for year round use. Panama City has everything a bigger city has to offer without being so big you cannot get from one place to another. It has the best sand beaches we have found anywhere. After staying at the Shores of Panama we found we did not want to stay anywhere else.

You will love the 'resort' pool! It does not have the feel or look of a standard condo pool. It does have the look and feel of a great resort. We have stayed in several condos over the years and nothing has compared to what we have at the Shores of Panama. Our condo is done in such a way that you will not want to leave when the time comes and we have had several people who have extended their stay when we did not have someone coming right in behind them.
