Our 11th floor luxury condo is decorated in a contemporary metropolitan flair. We have three bedrooms, three full baths, and it has been professionally decorated by one of the top design firms in Destin.
The warm tones and a touch of whimsy make this unit a relaxed atmosphere for you and your family to rent year after year. Perfect unobstructed views of the gulf, and fantastic sunsets!
Our unit is located in Silver Beach Towers West, and offers fabulous views of the gulf from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. It is in one of the most exclusive properties in Destin, yet is very child friendly. The condominium has custom paint and tile floors throughout the living space, and carpet in the three large bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a gorgeous black armoire holding the video equipment, which includes a large TV, DVD, and VCR. You can take a warm jacuzzi bath in the master bath while overlooking the gulf! Walk right outside from the bedroom to the balcony overlook the gulf. The master includes a large walk in closet,jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and a separate glassed-in shower.
The second bedroom is actually another master. It includes a king-size bed, armoire with TV, DVD, VCR, and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin-beds, which can be pushed together.It also has its own TV, DVD, and VCR.
The living and dining areas have a neutral tone with power punches of color. The glass round dining table seats six, plus two bar stools. Each chair is covered in a tomato red microfiber. The sofa and chairs are done in a gold neutral color with custom designed accent pillows and rug.
The living area includes an entertainment center with a large TV, DVD, and VCR. The unit also has a full sized utility room. Come to our beautiful condominium for a fantastic and memorable vacation!
