A deposit of one half of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking the reservation. Rental deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Holiday reservations (New Years week, President’s weekend, Independence week, and Christmas week) are non-refundable. The rental agreement must be signed at this time. Full payment
Additional Fees and Taxes:
The tenant will be held responsible for any damages to the rental unit during their period of occupancy. A damage deposit of $500.00, either check or cash, is due two weeks before arrival. The damage deposit will be returned within two of weeks of departure. Signatures on this rental agreement acknowledge payment for any damage that may have incurred.
