  My friends and I were looking for some relaxation and time to play catch up. This condo was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It was so cozy and beautifully decorated. The owners are wonderful and accomodating with any information you need. When we arrived it was pouring rain, but that didn't stop us from having drinks on the lovely covered deck. We walked down the block every morning to grab our breakfast wrap and then headed to the beach. The beach attendants were very friendly and had our chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day. You must try Cowgirl Kitchen for a casual dinner or order lunch and take it with you to the beach. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset before sampling the many different restaurants around the main square as well as the ones within a short walk to the adjoining beaches. No need for a vehicle. Rosemary Beach has a concierge service that can accomodate all your needs. We enjoyed the quaint, idyllic community and the evening concert in the square. I'm counting the days when I can return! I have already recommended this property to all of my friends and family.

  My stay at Casa Ananda was Fantastic!! After a long drive from Atlanta, I immediately felt relaxed the moment I walked into to this stylish and comfortable flat. The condo was immacultely clean and had all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. Although, we did not do much cooking as we spent most of our meals on the beach or in the quaint town of Rosemary Beach. Cowboy Kitchen was a great place to have lunch and casual dinners and Summer Kitchen Cafe was great for breakfast after a 3 mile jog down scenic 30A. There were only four of us in my party, but the condo would be just as comfortable for six. It would easily fit a crib in the master for small children if needed. The condo is spacious and the balcony was one of our favorite spots for afternoon drinks before we headed to the dunes for the gorgeous sunsets. I highly recommend staying at Casa Ananda and cannot wait to return!

  We had a super stay at Casa Ananda, the owners are awesome and the flat is really comfortable!

  Very clean on arrival,very nicely decorated and fully equipped with the necessary items. I was very impressed there was even a bouquet of flowers left. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the 11 o'clock check out time. Closer to beach and town than expected it is a 5 star flat. Had the weather been warmer it is the perfect beach vacation. Great restaurants and shops!

  Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen essentials, sheets and towels like the Hilton and on top of this, managed by caring and responsible owners that can’t do enough for renters. That’s flat 122E. Beyond that which has been expressed, the unit is a short walk to four pools, a stroll to a charming town square with a full range of restaurants and services. Not to mention the magnificent beach just a 10 minute walk away! Sit and relax on your balcony that overlooks the St Augustine Green or engage in the many activities available to guests. The 30A is a charming strip dotted with restaurants, parks and shopping. Does this sound like an ad written by the owners? It is not. We are returning guests and, if anything, we have understated the charm and convenience of this property.

It lived up to its description and photos as a superb retreat, next to St. Augustine park and just a few blocks from the hubbub of the town square. It was clean, well-maintained, and very tastefully decorated--not to mention extraordinarily quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed particularly the king sized bed, the modern bathroom and kitchen amenities, the stereo music system, and the quiet 3rd floor deck on the park side. The owner Gregg was very responsive and helpful (we booked at the very last minute!). We would recommend Casa Ananda to everyone. We enjoyed especially the short walk to Bamboo Bicycle rentals, the Amavida coffee shop (opens at 7am, whew), and Solace (Aveda) Spa, as well as easy access to the 30A bike path. We had absolutely great dinners at walkable Restaurant Paradis and also Onano, as well as fabulous George's in nearby Alys Beach (2 minute drive). The beach is perfect and just a short walk from Casa Ananda. Rosemary Beach is a very special place and Casa Ananda is the perfect way to experience it.

Casa Ananda provides romantics and couples with older children, with an opportunity of holidaying without concerns for cleanliness. It is spotless! Every possible kitchen, dining and living need is provided. It is located within minutes of shopping, pools, the Gulf and fine or casual dining. It deserves a rating of AAA+. The owner goes overboard to serve the needs of renters in this designer decorated flat. The description and photos of the flat are accurate.

Rosemary Beach is awesome! The owner and the on-site point person were both wonderful. They both went out of their way to make us comfortable. The condo was spotless and we felt at home right off the bat. There was plenty of room and the full service kitchen made it easy to have great meals at "home", if we chose. However, there are great restaurants just a few steps away! you offer a great retreat for anyone who is wanting to rest, re-charge, and spend time in a beautiful community by the ocean.

The flat was clean, comfortable, very well maintained, and everything you needed in the kitchen was provided. It was also decorated with taste! Our family of 4 enjoyed biking to the beach, biking to the great restaurant and enjoyed the ambiance of Rosemary. Very friendly, safe beach community. Listing description and photos are very accurate. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions during the booking process. He is very professional. Thanks for a great week!

It is such a wonderful, peaceful place and has everything you need in the condo. It is truly a home away from home. When my husband and son saw that there was a panini maker, we all knew that we were going to enjoy our week. We loved the location of the condo. It was close to everything and just a walk to the center of Rosemary. We would love to book a week here again next summer.
