We just got back from a two week stay at Casa Elaine and had a wonderful stay. The flat was exquisite. With central air conditioning and maid service it was like staying at a hotel with the comforts of home. I found the apartment to be a quiet oasis in a busy city. This was our fourth trip in the last 3 years to Buenos Aires and our second time staying in San Telmo. Frank, the owner, met us upon arrival and gave a list of restaurants and markets within two blocks that were fabulous. Thanks again Frank for a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
