Quiet, no crowds. Great place for children. Pool and Beach are so close. Easy to go from pool to beach and back to pool--within steps of each other.
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Just east of the most popular Orlando attractions and theme parks, NASA's launch headquarters is the only place on Earth where you can tour launch areas, meet a veteran astronaut, see giant rockets, train in spaceflight simulators, and even view a launch.

We live in NJ with our teenage children. I grew up in NJ, but my husband is a native Floridian. Enjoyed visiting often and long for the warm weather. Florida feels like our second home.

We are spoiled after our recent visit to Sandpiper Towers (Labor Day 2011). Now we wouldn't want to be anywhere besides the top floor! What a view. The screened-in porch was our favorite "room". Perfectly relaxing. The condo has two big bedrooms - perfect for a family of 4-6. It's a great condo for young kids - well-decorated, but no knicknacks for our toddler to grab! We can't wait to return. Other positives: No crowds on the gorgeous sandy beach Small enough condo building that pool area isn't packed with people Closet is stocked with boogie boards, pool toys and sand toys Very clean unit New carpet throughout, updated guest bath Binder full of helpful menus, maps Publix and Walmart are an easy drive (check the cupboards before you shop! spices, coffee, sugar, flour, ziplock bags may already be there) Great communication with the owner, Marisa
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We had never been to the Cocoa Bch/Satellite Bch area before and my son was playing in a National Baseball Tournament. I had no idea where to look for lodging for a week. I found this condo and contacted the owner by email. The rest was so easy!! Marissa was an angel to work with. The condo has literally everything you need. If you forget something, I can bet it's already in the condo. The view is amazing and the complex is quiet. Perfect location!! Most of our team ended up staying in this same complex, so we had a huge cookout one night. Gas grill and utility cart was furnished. I've never stayed anywhere that literally anything you could think of is there for your use. You can't go wrong with this condo and Marissa. She made everything so stress free!

What an awesome place to vacation! We were only able to spend July 4th weekend but enjoyed every minute of it. Marisa is a great host and worked with us to make everything perfect. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach. Don't worry about towels or chairs; they are provided. Even for the 4th beach was not crowded. We love vacationing at Satellite Beach because it has never been crowded whenever we go. Condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities listed. Just bring yourself and food. Thanks Marisa. We shall return again and again.

Welcome to our home away from home. As I walk from the Living Room to Master Bedroom I can't believe the beautiful picture I see in each window. The view is spectatular. Quiet, comfortable, calming. We welcome you to relax and enjoy.........
