Our home is located in the award winning neighborhood of Lakoya, Lely's Resort's newest and most exclusive, gorgeous gated community, with magnificently landscaped parks throughout.
This comfortable new home built in 2012, features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage. This lovely home was professionally decorated and offers all the amenities you would want in a vacation dream home or luxury resort. Everything in this home is brand new.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The great room, which opens up into the lanai, features an entertainment center, with a 60' HDTV, blue ray player, and surround sound. The master suite has a fantastic view of the lake and opens out to the lanai. The master suite includes an icomfort mattress, a 40' flat screen television, reading area, a desk and a walk in closet. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, a tub, and his and her vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom/den has a pull out couch, which is a queen bed with an upgraded top of the line mattress. The den also has a 40' flat screen television, a desk and large closet. The guest bath has a tiled walk in shower and granite vanity.
The enclosed screened in lanai is a private outdoor oasis with an in ground pool and spa, as well as a granite bar and an outdoor stainless steel kitchen, bar stools, lounge chairs, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture on a paved patio. The lanai overlooks a lake and wetlands, which ensures your privacy.
The home is fully equipped with everything you could imagine to make this your most relaxing vacation experience. All appliances are brand new including the washer and dryer. Digital cable, and wireless broadband internet so you can take your laptop out to the lanai. Crown molding and bamboo blinds throughout, and plantation shutters and a wood floors in the den.
A transferable membership is available to the Players Club and Spa. The Players Club has a Mediterranean club house, 2 resort pools with waterfalls and cabanas, a lap pool, a fitness center, clay tennis courts, 2 restaurants, a Tiki bar, and a full luxurious spa.
If you are a golfer there are 2 public courses in Lely Resort. The Flamingo designed by Robert Trent Jones SR, and the Mustang designed by Lee Trevino.
Our home is located about 15 minutes from exciting downtown Naples with excellent shopping and restaurants, the beautiful white sand beaches of Naples, and Marco Island. If you like casinos, the Seminole Casino is about 30 minutes away. Take a trip to the Everglades, go deep sea fishing, catch a spring training baseball game, or just sit out in the lanai and watch a bald eagle fly by over the wetlands while you are enjoying the sun and a cold drink. Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: We currently live in Michigan, eventually this will be our winter home. We are both still working, but retirement is not too far down the road. We spent a lot of time looking at different places, trying to determine the right place to buy a second home and we decided Naples best fit our needs. Naples has so much to offer and the gulf coast is beautiful. The real deciding factor was the climate of southwest Florida. When we come to Florida to escape the cold weather, we want to be sure that we are going to experience warm weather. The climate is much more tropical here than the majority of Florida.
Why the Owner Chose Lely Resort:
When we built this home we wanted it to have a resort/spa feel. We wanted are home to feel like we were on vacation, and we planned the home with an emphasis on relaxation. We loved the neighborhood, from the moment you drive in the gates past the gardens and fountains to the time you are sitting by the pool overlooking nature it's hard not to feel like you are at a resort.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We wanted our home to have a very open floor plan, so you felt like the home extended right out to the lanai, and we wanted our master suite to have a spa like feel to it. The views from our home are spectacular, from the pond in front of the house, to the lake and wetlands behind our lanai. We feel we are very lucky, to have such a nice setting for our vacation home. The ability to take advantage of the Players Club and all their amenities is an added bonus. Finally, to have such beautiful beaches and a fantastic downtown so close, make this the perfect vacation destination.
