This place is a converted garage, and not well done. Very run down. The owner claims it is all newly redone but it is NOT. The pictures make it look far better than it actually is. The ad claims it will sleep 5-6 but the fifth bed is a short couch, not a sofabed, and my teen had to curl up to sleep, he was very unhappy and did not sleep well. There is NO place for a sixth person unless you put three in the queen or one on the floor. This place is really poorly thought out and executed. The wifi does not work...it's router is in the adjacent rental and we were not able to get online a single time..tough time for my three teenage sons. Microwave was hooked to outlet that didn't have power, owner came and ran an extension cord, smoke alarms dismantled, tiny shower with hot and cold reversed, toilet kept plugging, owner had to come once, left us a plunger. Toilet was crammed in a corner with tp roller at neck height .Floors sticky, Afraid to eat in kitchen, cabinets spray painted black. Cable also very limited. No blankets in room with twin beds..Anthony, the owner was able to send over two very thin blankets at 10pm. On arrival, entry doorknob would not open as battery was dead, had to wait for Anthony the owner to arrive and open up. The doorknob only opened one way, cam was worn out. The lighting is scary, shop lights hung in drywall cutouts, with fixtures laying on the plastic lenses. This place is a firetrap.There is no way this place is up to code. Window in bedroom could not be opened..no egress THIS PLACE IS A SLUM!!! The only good thing about this rental was the owner Anthony, a really nice accommodating man who never seemed irritated about the multiple problems this place has..heck He's getting a lot of $$ renting a very poor place. Next time, if I want to spend my Vacation with Anthony I'll just buy him a ticket to go to Hawaii with the family! We Stayed here for 5 days.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

We had to move out the day after moving in due to uncleanliness of the property and general disrepair. Owner was unwilling to compromise on a refund.Owner response: Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy. That states, a reservation must be canceled at least 30 days before check in to get 100% refund. This was a renter that was a No Show and call two days later demanding a refund and stating that they would give us a negative review if we did not give them a full refund. This is a full remodel home, everything is updated and brand new, from flooring to bedding.
