Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
My wife and I have always loved Laguna Beach and visited often - we were very fortunate to discover such a cute and practical home within walking distance of downtown with it many restaurants and art galleries that is just a short (about 10 minutes) walk to the beach.
There is a protected crosswalk and public beach access at Legion Street and Coast Highway - about a 10 minute walk.
The world famous Festival of the Arts is an easy walk from our home.

We loved our stay, and felt we had a home away from home. The layout of the home is bright, open, and spacious, and the finishes were of a much higher quality than one might expect in a rental. We loved having a large master suite, and the air conditioner in the room made sleeping very comfortable. Laguna Beach is magical, and we found this house to be the perfect homebase for our family to enjoy it from.

We have enjoyed our time in your comfortable home so much! The ocean view from the kitchen window and master balcony was so beautiful that we'd spend part of the afternoons sitting on the balcony, reading and soaking up the sunshine. We were centrally located so it was easy getting to downtown Laguna and all the great shops and restaurants in the area. The house is open and bright and lends itself to having friends for a glass of wine before going to dinner or actually preparing a nice meal for guests in the well-appointed kitchen. The gorgeous weather made the whole trip fabulous! Thanks to Larry and June for sharing this delightful home!

We loved the beautifully fitted out home especially the fabulous kitchen. The front porch was great for the afternoon cocktails. Just a nice walk to the centre of town to the restaurants and beautiful beach. This home is everything you would ever want for a great stay. I hope we get a chance to stay again.

My wife and I had a phenomenal stay at 900 Park Ave. The weather was perfect and we loved being close to the beach and downtown Laguna. We walked every morning up Skyline Drive and the views were spectacular. The house was comfortable, quiet, and it really felt like home. Thanks again Larry and June!

Staying in the gorgeous cottage at 900 Park Avenue has been an idyllic experience. Laguna Beach is a jewel of a town and living at the cottage surrounded by lush vegetation, striking canyon sights and a view of the Pacific has been delightful. The cottage is airy, bright and extremely roomy. The charm from the period features blend nicely with the modern, spacious kitchen, quality finishes and modern day amenities. The main bedroom features a private roomy retreat area allowing other family members to enjoy the main living area. A balcony provides a lovely view of the front garden and Pacific Ocean beyond. Picturesque views of the neighborhood feature prominently through all the windows while maintaining privacy and an air of serenity. Walking to the pool, downtown, or to the beach is effortless and fun. The cottage offers a charming, cozy feel in the heart of a gorgeous, happening town. Renting the cottage after selling our house in Laguna has been the perfect finale before our re-location to Melbourne, Australia. The Bernard Family
