I was pleasantly surprised with this lovely little condo. Very clean, lots more room than I expected and overall it didn't matter that there was only a sliver of an ocean view because the walk to the beach takes less than a minute. The owner was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. BEST PRICES AROUND!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I have owned a condo at the Sunbird in Panama City Beach for 20 years. We felt it was time to move up to 30-A
Why the Owner Chose The Palms at Seagrove:
The Palms is located in the heart of 30A, on the south side. It is a short walk to Tom Thumb or Whiskey Bravo. The condo has one large bedroom with a king size bed. There are also 2 bunk beds hidden away in the hall, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. It sleeps 6 comfortable and is bigger than many 2 bedroom condos. The condo has 2 bathrooms.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have 2 bicycles and 2 beach chairs for our guests. The bicycles were purchased December of 2012. The chairs are not the typical $5 Walmart chairs. These are nice and have a padded pillow, upholder and small cooler built in, but they still weigh only a few pounds.
