Our completely remodeled luxury condo on St. Augustine Beach awaits you! Convenient driveway parking with garage and your own private unit entry. Private Wireless WIFI, 2 HDTVs, cable and phone service included. The entire unit is on the ground floor so this Sea Winds condo is wheelchair accessible.Just 6 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine, this beautifully landscaped oceanfront Sea Winds complex is located on Anastasia Island.
This designer unit is on the ground floor end unit (no stairs) 1224 sq foot 2 bedroom/2 bath flat with views of the lagoon and the ocean is just steps away. Furnished in a Tommy Bahama style Caribbean beach theme, this unit is beautifully appointment with luxury upgrades.
The spacious master bedroom (15x12) has a king-sized bed, beautiful furniture, flat screen TV mounted to wall (connected to a DVD player) & a walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors open onto a patio overlooking the lagoon and water feature. The master bath has been completely renovated with custom walk-in shower (large bench and double shower heads), custom cabinets and countertops. The guest bedroom(12x11) is quite large as well, with a queen size Murphy bed(you can’t believe how comfortable this bed is), twin bed with twin trundle, desk, & large walk-in closet. The guest bathroom with shower/tub combo also has 2 shower heads and serves the guest bedroom and main area. This arrangement easily fits 2 couples.
New May 2013! The bedroom floors has been upgraded May 2013 to tile floors (wood look) for an even more beautiful look.
Fully updated kitchen includes granite countertops, double oven, convection/microwave oven, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets and drawers, large stainless steel sink and a custom food pantry makes this kitchen a cook’s delight. The open concept kitchen opens up to the dining room which easily seats 6. Living room has built entertainment unit with flat screen LCD HDTV (with cable and DVD player) above the fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. To the left of the fireplace is a built in custom desk. To the right is a built in bookshelf and cabinet and wine cooler available for you to use. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only as it was capped during the last renovation. The patio table seats 4 and is the perfect place to relax and eat a casual meal or enjoy a cup of coffee. The laundry room is situated near the front area of unit away from the bedrooms, minimizing the amount of noise.
In addition to tennis courts, Sea Winds has a large newly refinished pool and hot tub. There is also a clubhouse available for group gatherings. Our unit has 3 bikes, several beach chairs and other beach equipment for your enjoyment. Just bring your own beach towels. This gated complex is family friendly yet peaceful with its own garage and individual unit driveway. Feel free to use our beach cart to carry beach items down. Direct beach access is just steps from the condo.
Sea Winds is minutes from all the conveniences you need: Publix(grocery store), restaurants(Starbucks, Subway, Mexican, Thai and Chinese, Seafood), drug store (Walgreens), putt-putt golf(Fiesta Golf), tourist shopping & ice cream all within 1 mile! The beach offers swimming, surfing, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing. Use our bicycles to cruise along Beach Blvd or on the beach and enjoy your ocean views.
Stay for as short as 3 nights. Weekly and monthly rates are also available. In the summer, due to high demand, the unit is rented from Saturday to Saturday.

We are a family of four with two daughters - 9 and 5. We had a great time during our stay at this condo in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed (we did cook). We found the beds to be quite comfortable and the newly installed tile floor is very nice. The beaches are GORGEOUS and yes, we did go swimming (we're from the NE - it was great). The pool is also very nice and ideal for the kids. The condo is located about 15-20 minutes from the center of St. Augustine. The ride is easy and we enjoyed sightseeing in the city. The kids particularly enjoyed the Alligator Farm - go when it first opens to see active alligators and avoid crowds - and the fort. The owner is great to work with and very responsive. We had a wonderful spring break and a family with children can book confidently.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
