About the owner: Hi, my name is Rich MacDowell. My Wife Julie and I have enjoyed decorating this very relaxing beach house. We want our guests to enjoy all the boating and beach pleasures available, so we keep beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and kid's fishing equipment at our beach home.
