This 2 level, 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is situated on Golf Course. It was recently remodeled with new cabinets, granite counter tops, range and microwave. All kitchen and dining necessities are included. The living room and bedrooms are furnished with LCD televisions. Cable TV and high speed wifi service is included with rental. The dining area has seating for 6-10 persons. The living room is furnish with a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom set and a full walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a walk in closet and easy access to the courtyard. The sliding glass doors in the living room lead onto the screened-in brick patio area with a wonderful view of the golf course. The Patio Homes community offers a pool and a pavilion. There is parking space next to the garage for two vehicles and plenty of additional parking is available immediately in front of the house in the nearby parking lot. Garage is not available. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE GOLF MEMBERSHIP.
