BRAND NEW three bedroom, two bathroom, beach house in Surf City. 2 short blocks to Ocean Beach; 1 block to lifeguarded Bay Beach with a playground for the kids. Two outdoor furnished decks with a huge roof sun deck with Bay views. Sleeps eight. Sorry, no pets or smoking inside the house.
Surf City, LBI, is a fun, family-oriented beach town. Within walking distance of this house are a bead shop, supermarket, pizza shops, breakfast places, a free crabbing pier, fine dining restaurants, gift shops, a department store, mini golf, liquor store, a hotel with nightly entertainment, bike rentals, and jet ski and boat rentals.
Also on LBI are Barnegat Lighthouse, The Black Whale (a cruise boat to Atlantic City), day fishing boats, Bay Village amusement park, Ron Jon Surf Shop, crabbing, fishing, boat launch, and parasailing.

We had a very nice vacation in this shore house. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in how they maintain it. Quiet street and lots to do along Boulevard. Lots of games and everything you need to cook. Great time! Alyssa and friends

We had a very restful time at your house. The kids loved the bay beach and walking to the Bead Shop and pizza. We really loved the way the house is decorated and the rooftop sun deck has a great view of the bay! See you next year! .
