what a fabulous spot on the bushkill creek overlooking the Pocono mountains,private setting,light a fire in the firepit and relax,also a open front porch to sit back and enjoy the surroundings,maybe see a deer or a bear, 2 bedrooms, plenty of firewood for a cozy fire with a glass a wine to kick back and relax, go bike riding on the dirt road and explore, the creek is stocked with trout, the mountain ridge is incredible, you will not be disappointed, have fun.

The owner's description does not do the property justice! The cabin is directly across from a rushing creek that can be seen from inside the cabin and on the porch. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch and drink coffee in the morning while watching the water. The cabin was clean and cozy with a woodburning stove and additional heat sources in the dining room, bathroom and bedroom. The owner was helpful, courteous, and very hospitable. It was exactly what we were looking for and couldn't have asked for a better spot.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: we purchased this authentic log cabin in 1998, we raised two boys who grew up here, the fishing, exploring, hiking, snowboarding, what a great childhood and many great memories and still more to come, we are originally from nutley NJ but now live in herbertsville(brick NJ),we are about 2 hours away.
Why the Owner Chose Marshalls Creek:
we love the setting on the creek and we live approx.2 hours away. this is our second home and we still enjoy it very much. there is plenty of stores on rt 209, but it is just far away enough to get some piece of mind and relaxation
