For those who enjoy the quiet and relaxation of the sunshine, our condo is conveniently located on the first floor. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened lanai just steps from the Lakemont Cove subdivision clubhouse and pool, the largest community pool in Pelican Landing reserved only for Lakemont Cove residents. The clubhouse includes a small selection of work-out equipment and weights with a tv, in case you don’t feel like a full work-out at the Fitness facility. Relax in the hot tub, swim a few laps or soak up some “rays” on the comfortable lounge chairs around the pool.
Over 1500 square feet of professionally decorated living space awaits you. From your king sized master bed to your casual eat-in breakfast bar - every inch of our home has been beautifully appointed. New 51 inch plasma TV with DVD in great room, 32 inch TVs in bedrooms. Master bathroom has large soaking tub as well as glassed in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with adjacent full bath. The living room opens to a screened lanai. Large open concept kitchen includes eating area that overlooks the pool. Dining room provides a more formal eating area. Laundry room includes washer and dryer and leads to attached one car garage. Complimentary bicycles are also available for your use.
For the golf enthusiast, your rent enables you to purchase a short term membership for your stay at the elegant Pelican's Nest Golf and Country Club located within Pelican Landing. (Contact Pelican Nest for information once you have been confirmed as a renter.) There are also numerous golf courses in the area that are open to the public.

About the owner: My husband and I have been leaving the cold winters of the north for a Florida vacation for many years. We love the sunshine, the beach, tennis, and golf. Since we are a few years away from retirement, we won't have a lot of time to vacation....yet.
Why the Owner Chose Lakemont Cove:
We chose this Pelican Landing after a lot of research. Pelican Landing has so many wonderful amenities. It is also a 'cut above' most of the other communities with its beautiful landscaping, lush gardens, and 24 hour tended security gates. We love the beach so having the private beach island was really important. We love the active lifestyle so the tennis and fitness center gives us the activities we enjoy. Spending quiet time reading by the pool is something we enjoy and this condo has the perfect convenient location right out of the lanai. Great shopping and an abundance of restaurants are also located within five minutes. We also love the close proximity to the airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
As well as the obvious pleasures of owning our own place in the beautiful Pelican Landing development, Lakemont Cove is very conveniently located close to the middle entrance gate. We love that we can go out to eat, get groceries, get a pedicure or haircut and never have to go back out to the highway. Everything we need is within walking or biking distance if we choose. Did I mention the private beach!!!
