This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, top floor condo with fantastic views, boast the best location of all of Mexico Beach. Just a few hundred feet from the beautiful white sandy beach. Close to (within walking distance)restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, and pier. It also has the largest pool and hot tub in Mexico beach. The canal that goes right past the pool has a day use boat dock right on the property for gusts use.

This condo was so clean and bright. Everything we needed was there, except perhaps a colander for draining pasta. We bought fresh seafood many days at the "Shell Shack", a five minute walk, and had all the spices there that we needed to prepare it. Restaurants in Mexico Beach were great food and we tried eating at all of them! The beach was beautiful sand, 5 minutes away. So nice to have coffee and filters on hand for the coffee maker. This is a comfy, relaxing place to stay, and everything was exactly as the pictures showed. We highly recommend it! Nice place George! P.S. Try the "Indian Pass Raw Bar" for steamed crabs at "Indian Pass", 30 min drive. Well worth it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The condo is just like George & Fran have described. Casual and comfy. Nicely equiped with everything we need (except the food of course!). There were just two of us so we had plenty of room, but two more would have been no problem. Complex is great. George was very accessible by phone and email if we needed anything. Good place to stay if you're beach people or like to fish. Highly recommended if you're looking for something in the Mexico Beach area! Note: This unit is in the Central time zone - and three miles east it's Eastern. Also, there's an elevator, however the complex does not have a luggage cart, shopping cart, or anything to help you lug your stuff up -- so plan accordingly.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Fran and I are both veterans, and work in the aviation industry. We are parents and grand parents. We love the beach and the slow pace of this area. We are getting close to retirement and want to spend a lot more time down here, but enjoy sharing our 'little piece of paradise' with y'all.
Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach:
We chose this area, because George was working down here at Tyndall Air Force Base, and we fell in love with the area. This property has all the amenities of a fancy resort, but the slow pace of a quiet fishing village.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This property has wonderful views of the sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The view of the beach is just breath taking. The pool, hot tub and day use boat dock are are added nuggets that make this place one of the most sought after locations at Mexico beach.
