Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: I am a husband and father of 3 small children. I purchased my first unit in heritage bay before any of the little guys came along, and quickly outgrew it. Since moving from our first unit, we purchased an additional property as we are strong believers of the community and enjoy all of the amenities heritage bay has to offer. As a realtor, i also see the tremendous value heritage bay offers, which was another key factor used in deciding to purchase this second property. (p.S. Don't worry - our kids aren't allowed in this particular unit, so you won't find any hidden crayons or pacifiers under the couches - ha! Ha!).
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Bay:
This condo is located in building 8, just across from one of the community satellite pools. It's also the 3rd closest terrace condo building to the clubhouse - just a short walk to the clubhouse.
