This villa has been completely renovated in the Nantucket-style at the world-class Amelia Island Plantation AIP Resort with 1,350 acres of natural splendor and uncrowded and unspoiled beaches in a setting of oaks, palmettos, and massive sand dunes (Please note that staying at AIP is an entirely different vacation experience than just staying at Amelia Island).
Stunning and Spectacular Villa! Everything is completely new - from the floors to the ceilings, all in high end, no-expense spared quality. Terrific designer colors and coordination that is truly breathtaking. The villa is decorated to emphasize natural materials that minimize air pollutants, but maximize warmth and comfort. Features a new kitchen with beautiful KitchenMaid custom beadboard wood cabinets, Baldwin knobs, granite counter-tops, and all new appliances.
There are two bedrooms designed with your sleep comfort and restfulness in mind. We have Serta mattresses, one king-size in the MBR, and two doubles in the second BR. Futon with full-sized matress in LR. The bathrooms also have totally new components with coordinated tile. Special Delta Venetian Bronze faucets, fixtures and Baldwin door knobs are used throughtout the villa. All the floors are 16 inch ceramic tile. This is a one-story, no-steps end unit for convenience and privacy.
FURNISHINGS AND DECORATIONS IN THE Nantucket TRADITION! Our furnishings are beautifully coordinated with the color and tile of the villa with painted solid oak furniture in warm white and blue tones for warmth and comfort. We have created an environment that is both simple, but elegant and tranquil. Attractive art and prints decorate the villa - we constantly add new items from our travels. There is a large screened porch with table and chairs, comfortable and relaxing; baby port-a-bed available.
PRIVATE AND CONVENIENT! Our villa is an end unit that is on the first floor and is only one level - no stairs, easy access, private. A welcome contrast to the tall, impersonal and hectic tower and multi-story condo units available in other areas of the plantation.
Just adjacent to the villa is a SWIMMING POOL(fenced) and tram stop. It is like having your own pool!
BEACH CLUB - We are about 0.6 miles to the beach and the main AIP Beach Club (heated outdoor swimming pool)easily accessible by separated walk and bike trails, tram, and auto, but yet the villa is private and quiet,located in the more residential part of AIP with majestic live oaks in a beautiful Florida setting.
AIP GUEST CARD - we are members of the Amelia Island Plantation Club and therefore can purchase a guest card for our visitors. The card gives you ACCESS (fees apply for these activities in addition to card purchase)to the world-class tennis and golf facilities; fitness center with indoor heated pool; various eateries; and the wonderful Kid Camp. Please inquire for more details.
OUR SERVICE - we have an "on-island" person, Lauren, a close-friend, who will meet you with keys and is available during your stay for emergencies and any special needs. You will be well taken care of!
