About the owner: My family has lived in Wellfleet since 1972. Drawn by its historic charm, I returned to Wellfleet to live full time, after having resided in New York City and San Francisco.
Why the Owner Chose Wellfleet: Parts of this house date to the 1770s. The main living room and master bedroom were floated over from Billingsgate in the 1880s! The house presented a unique renovation challenge. Guests enjoy the lovely---and loving---restoration job done by local master craftsmen.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Guests comment on the beautiful light, airy interiors of this house. Most rooms have cross breezes, and invite lounging, reading, cooking and hanging out!
