About the owner: I live nearby with my family. This is a second home we purchased for my parents to stay in part of the year to escape midwest winters. They are not always able to use the home so we decided to rent it.
Why the Owner Chose Apache Junction:
This is a gated community with club house, pool, workout area and other activities. Privacy and security. Free internet and cable TV.
