Deposit is NON-refundable if booking cancelled unless home can be rented for the same time period.
$100 Cleaning Fee (deducted from Security Deposit)
Full Rental Amount due 60 days prior to arrival
$50 (optional) Temporary Resident ID for full resident privileges
Guest Pass available at no charge
