Enjoy the privacy of your own cottage in this small, very intimate 6 unit complex located just a few yards to the beach boardwalk. With no streets to cross, it's a perfect location for a family vacation.
The spacious residence includes a full kitchen, large living room with sleep sofa, a master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, and a second bedroom with two twin size beds. The nicely updated bathroom with tub gives plenty of room for everyone, and is furnished with plenty of plush new towels. Just outside the front door, there is a covered patio with tables and chairs for dining or relaxing, along with a BBQ for grilling up your freshly caught fish. Not only that, but there's a roof top balcony with plenty of space for a relaxing evening under the stars or some private sunbathing. The complex includes a shared laundry room with free use of the washer and dryer.
Inside, you'll be entertained by a new 37' flat screen HDTV with cable TV along with a new DVD player. We've included beach towels, all the pots and pans you'll need, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and free high-speed WIFI Internet service. The cottage retains it's charm with oak hardwood floors, and a wonderful cozy feel after a day enjoying the pristine Gulf of Mexico and the sugary sand beach.
Plenty of parking, walking distance to John's Pass Village, and close to all that the area has to offer. It's truly your vacation destination.
Nearby activities include sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, shopping, or fine dining. If you're more of a sports fan, catch a game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, or one of the many teams that visit the area for Spring Training. Visit world-class museums, exciting concerts, or historic Florida landmarks. There's always something to do.

We rented this cottage for 2 weeks in February.It exceded our expectations.Clean,close to beach and all fun things to do! We would rent this again and loved the privacy and everything about this place.Rental agent kept us informed on everything and made sure sure our visit was well worth it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Cameron's Beach Cottage (also referred to as the "Homeowners" and "Landlord" and "Property Manger") and you, the Renters (also referred to as "Tenants" and "Guests"). This contract is entered into agreement as of the date when the Renters place their reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Homeowner. The Homeowner will notify the Renters by email or written mail when their reservation is accepted. Payment Policy: Cameron's Beach Cottage David Cameron beachcottage@cox.net Phone # 316-260-1945 Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released. Cleaning Policy: A $80 cleaning fee will be charged. Tax Policy: Pinellas county requires us to charge an 12% Occupancy Tax. Reservation Policy: We, the Renters (also referred to as "Tenants" and "Guests") agree to the following: 1) A $200 deposit rental fee is required to confirm a reservation. 2) A $80 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations. 3) We will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the cottage or property caused by our negligence. 4) We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival. 5) We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See disclaimer below. 6) We will forfeit any portion of the security/damage/cleaning deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items. 7) We will forfeit the full security deposit and booking fee, if cancellation is made less than 30 days from arrival. 8) We will forfeit the security/damage/cleaning deposit and rental monies if reservation is canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival. 9) There are no refunds for early departure. 10) There are no refunds for weather conditions. 11) All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. 12) We will forfeit security deposit if doors and windows are not locked upon check-out. 13) We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out. 14) Lost keys will incur replacement costs. 15) This is not a party house. 16) This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. 17) NO PETS allowed. 18) Maximum occupancy is six. 19) Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges. 20) The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Disclaimer: Renters understand that the Homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury also to include the parking area. And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, Acts of God or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire,wind,rain or any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the Vacation Rental responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for intentional acts of harm. This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party. I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all conditions stated herein.
