The property was immaculate! Had everything as listed. I would highly recommend to friends and family. I plan on returning next year! The owner was amazing and so helpful! Couldn't have wished for a better vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE SET FORTH BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, POINT EAST ASSOCIATION, INC., AND ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL OWNERS, GUESTS AND RENTERS Owners/guests should notify the Managers upon arrival. All vehicles must be registered withtheManager. Thosevehiclesnotregisteredaresubjecttotowing. PointEastparking stickers (permanent or temporary) must be prominently displayed. Parents are responsible & must have control of their children on the premises at all times. I.D. tags (green) are available at the office & must be worn at all times. Parking permits must also be picked up. Lost tags & permits are $5.00 each. Lost unit keys are $40.00 each. All owner’s pets are prohibited in the courtyard & pool area. Owners’ pets must be leashed at all times, & owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Renters/guests are not allowed to have any kind of animal (dog, cat, hamster, etc.) on the premises of Point East at any time. Also, the feeding of birds (sea gulls/pigeons, etc.) is prohibited on the grounds. Portable radios around the pool or on the patios/balcony’s must be kept on low volume. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. No running is permitted in the courtyard, on walkways or stairs. Sidewalks, lawns, & walkways must be free of obstacles at all times. Motor bikes, scooters, bicycles, roller skates/roller blades, kite flying, frisbee playing, ball playing, & surfboards are not allowed in the courtyard/pool area. Skateboards are not allowed on Point East property. Boats must be parked on the northwest or southwest corners of the building by the work shops. Motorcycle trailers must be parked in the spaces fronting South Atlantic Avenue. RVs (except for owners/short term) may not be parked on Point East Property. Towels, bathing suits, clothing, blankets, etc., must not be hung on balcony railings & fences. Drying racks are permitted on the patios/balcony’s. Parties in the foyer area by the office or recreation room must be arranged with the Manager. Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The courtyard must be vacated during this time. Business calls to the Manager should be limited to routine business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Check with the Manager for lost items. Lost items will be held 30 days prior to disposal. Check feet for tar/grease when coming from the beach. Mineral spirits are available at the shuffleboard court (white, plastic jugs). Do not take carts into the apartments & return them to ground floor stairwell near elevator after use.

Why the Owner Chose Point East:
I purchased this condo last October 2012 with a vision of elegance and comfort at the beach. I was tired of renting old, dated, poorly maintained condos. It's very important for me to be right on the beach, it's literally on my doorstep! Great atmosphere, close enough for action, far away enough for peace, tranquility and serenity! After a makeover I am very excited with the outcome! I hope you love it just as much as we do!
