Villa Suenos – Beachfront Property
Our Villa Suenos is everything you’d ever want for a Mexican Vacation. Beachfront property to delight one and all, our two-bedroom house sits overlooking the ocean as it laps up onto a shallow beach, a wonderful place for kids or lovers alike.
You can safely entertain the kids, while you enjoy leisurely afternoons. Explore the sea life in shallow waters with your lover.
Our house is situated in a quaint seaside brick-making village about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta. The upstairs of the house is the Master bedroom with a King size luxury bed, TV, DVD, bathroom, a private veranda overlooking the ocean with a hot tub.
Downstairs brings you the second bedroom with a full size bed and TV, a second bathroom, the living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen including; refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, utensils, and dishes.
Towels and linens are included. Our house easily accommodates four, or five if you utilize the couch (which does not pull out).
The beach offers many activities including swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, sailing and wind surfing, and of course sand castle building. Enjoy a leisurely pace sitting under the palapa (thatched covered cantina), sipping margaritas.
Take a short walk to downtown La Penita, to partake in the wonders of vintage Mexico. Enjoy the good life in this little slice of paradise, roadside stands offering local fares, tropical fruit, unique shops and local restaurants. A big favorite of ours is the vanilla ice cream and churros. Enjoy!
Maid service is provided (cleaning only) 3 days a week.
